Please keep in mind that these items are used items in a household. Some have wear on them, some more than others. Please review item photos before bidding. The item was previously used. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but it is fully operational and functions as intended.
All items you win in the auction, you must take. Example: You win 2 items, but only want 1 item. Not possible ! You win 2 items, you must pickup 2 items. No exceptions. No refunds if you refuse to pickup your items.

On the Pickup Day, Please bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations.. We will not have any staff available to load purchases. In addition, please bring your boxes and wrapping for your items. We do not provide those items.

After receiving the email invoice confirming your purchase on Sunday evening, please call 813-417-5423 in order to schedule the pickup of your item. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make that call. Don't expect a call from Done Deal to schedule your pickup. Pickup will be scheduled on Monday June 15. The home is located in the Concord Station Subdivision of Land O' Lakes, Florida.
