Shipping: We ship UPS only. A $10 handling fee is charged per box, in addition to the cost of packing materials and the actual UPS shipping label purchased through Pirate Ship. We do our best to combine multiple items into one box when possible, but some items cannot be shipped together. Even if a $1 item is won, shipping charges may still be $15 or more depending on size, weight, and destination.
Once an item has been transferred to UPS and scanned as accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the shipper. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in UPS custody. No shipping insurance is provided or offered. We do not file insurance claims or issue refunds for carrier-related loss or damage. Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with UPS using the tracking information provided. Tracking confirmation constitutes proof of shipment and delivery. Chargebacks or disputes filed after confirmed delivery will be contested.
Payment: Invoices will be charged through the EstateSales.org system. Unpaid invoices may result in items being forfeited and bidders blocked from future auctions. The credit card on file will be charged for the full invoice total, including merchandise and shipping.
