    1. Inspection is avaiable by appointment only. Please call us to set up an appointment tpo inspect any lot.

    2. Any sale over $2,500 will require bank wire within 3 days of the close of the auction.
    3. If "Local Pickup" is choosen you may pay cash at pick up. If you fail to pick tyhe credit card on file will be charged.

    SHIPPING

    1. We charge shipping costs plus $3.00 for packaging (Large items are charged actual packaging costs). Overnight is available upon request. All items or total sales valued at $1,000 or more will be shipped REGISTERED MAIL with an ADULT SIGNATURE and IDENTIFICATION required. 
    2. We ship via the most cost effective carrier unless you request otherwise.
    3. No PO Boxes for shipping
    4. Any item that is set for pick-up and the buyer does not pick up will be shipped and the buyer charged shipping plus $25/per square foot per day storage.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
