PICK-UP options for this auction will be in person in Severn, MD on the following dates:
Sunday June 2nd, 2024 (9am-1pm)
Monday June 3rd, 2024 (9am-Noon)
Tuesday June 4th, 2024 (3pm-7pm)
Shipping also available for select items (see auction for details). *Due to the large number of lots and high value items that will require slow, professional packaging - please allow 7-10 business for shipping.
Payment will be processed with the card on file with estate sale dot org Friday May 31st for invoices totaling under $2500. Invoices exceeding $2500 must be settled via Cash, Wire Transfer, or Cleared Check.
Never any Buyers Premiums, Reserves, or Credit Card Fees.
All items being sold as is, as found in the estate.
Soft close on all lots is in effect: Bidding timer resets when competing bid is placed near item close and keeps resetting until sold.
Internet traffic can occur with lots of bidding - PLACE YOUR HIGHEST BID EARLY to insure no mishaps during bidding. Your bid will only be auto increased when a competing bid is placed.
At conclusion of auction your will receive an invoice via e-mail. We will auto-bill your credit card on file with estatesales.org - please be sure card on file is updated. You DO NOT need to click any of the prompts requesting an invoice, delivery pick-up, or shipping. We assume all local bidders will be on-site for pick-up on stated date and any out of state bidders require shipping. Should this not be the case, then PLEASE CONTACT US (Local bidders wanting shipping and/or out of state buyers planning on attending pick-up.)
A day or two before pick-up you will also receive a "PICK-UP ALERT" reminder e-mail with the exact address and times. DO NOT VISIT THE PROPERTY except within pick-up dates/times - Alarm is armed and loud! For security reasons, all high end items have been removed from the property to ensure safety until pic-up days or shipping.

In no event shall Smitty's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are final and credit card payments may not be reversed for any reason. Bidding in the auction is a BINDING AGREEMENT TO PAY. Anyone bidding on an item in any of our auctions grants us permission to add you to our e-mail list for future liquidations. If at any time you longer want to receive these alerts - simply click unsubscribe.
Pick Up Date: For those buyers not wanting items shipped - Items must be picked up at the address stated in the "FINAL PICK-UP E-MAIL" sent at the conclusion of the auction. This will be THE ONLY TIME that the Auction Co. will be onsite at the home for Pickup. Items not picked up on stated date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the discretion of the Smitty's. If you are unable to attend the Auction pick-up, you must designate a person to pick your items up for you and representative must bring copy of YOUR INVOICE. Many times, the home is "broom cleaned" the day after stated pick-up. This includes not only abandoned purchases, but any/all personal items left behind. PLEASE CHECK YOU HAVE all your purchases, cell phones, keys, sunglasses, etc. BEFORE YOU LEAVE Pick-up.
Buyer is responsible for removing all items from the property. Buyer is responsible for bringing any required manpower required to move your items from the home to your vehicle. Any buyer Smitty's deemed not prepared to safely move purchases or without damage to property may be refused and purchases deemed abandoned. Buyer is responsible for bringing any tools, boxes, packing materials, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, blankets, straps, dollies needed to remove your items from the property. You will be responsible for any boxing that is required to move/load your items. You are responsible for ensuring that you have removed all of your items before leaving the pickup site PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR INVOICE BEFORE LEAVING.
Smitty's is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents, injuries, or illness related to the pick-up.
Please remember to "PARK SMART" during pick-up - DO NOT block mail boxes or driveways.
