By bidding in this auction, bidder certifies that they are 21 years or older and all the information they register with is true & correct. Knowingly registering with false or incorrect information is fraud.
Numbered index cards are 4†x 6†in size for reference.
All weights listed for jewelry or metals lots are ‘total weights’ including weight of stones or any attached elements.
The results of the Gemoro Ultra 3 or the XRF Analyzer are ‘predictions’ of the stone content or metal content and results are not guaranteed.
Crimson Estate Services cannot and will not be held liable for any errors or interruptions that may occur the duration or closing of auction. Bidders should direct these concerns directly to website host.
If you are ill or showing signs or symptoms of illness, please do not attend. By participating in this event, you agree to indemnify both Crimson Auction & Estate Services and the owner of this property from any illness, injury or other condition which might arise.
**This auction has the availability for onsite pickup or shipping at the buyer's expense. We, Crimson Auction & Estate Services, do not assume any cost in shipping this includes paying for tracking/insurance for high value items. Crimson Auction & Estate Services releases the responsibility of the package once it has been turned over to the shipping carrier. Questions or concerns while the package is in transit must be relied directly to the shipping carrier.
AUCTION GUIDELINES & RULES
Buyer’s Premium is 15%.
Sales tax of 7% will be collected.
A 3% Card Processing fee will be added and collected on all credit/debit card transactions.
Auctioneer(s) will make all final determinations and settle all disputes.
We reserve the right to terminate any bidders bidding privileges at any time for any reason.
Tax Exempt Buyers MUST provide a valid copy of their 2023 Tax Exemption Certificate.
Once you have won a lot(s) and are declared the winning bid; you are obligated to complete the purchase and take all items in the lot(s). You may not back out of a bid after being declared the winner.
Failure to finalize full and complete payment of won items by end of the stated auction pickup date; may result in the bidder being permanently banned from all of our future events/auctions & reported to the Auction Site Host as a ‘high risk’ bidder. This may result in the loss of bidding privileges in other auctions hosted on the website. We also report ‘high risk bidders to other Auctioneers. We reserve the right to pursue LEGAL ACTION against those who do not pay for their winning items.
All jewelry/bullion/coin and precious metal lots that require shipping will require a wire transfer to complete the sale. No credit card/check or any other form of payment will be accepted for these lots. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Sale of any/all vehicles are pending seller’s approval. If seller declines the highest bid. The vehicle(s) will not sell and the high bid is void. By accepting the Terms & Conditions while registering you, the bidder, accept and understanding this condition.

We reserve the right to terminate any bidders bidding privileges at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to decline any bid at anytime for any reason.
· Lots that 'passed', ‘unsold’ or closed may not be reopened again for any reason.
This auction is 'as is; where is' which means we do not guarantee condition of any item we auction. It is the responsibility of the bidder to make use of the allotted preview to personally check and/or verify the condition of any item.
During cataloging we may use masking/painter’s tape to mark item by lots. We are not responsible in any way for damage sustained by tape to items.
All items in our auctions belong to the respective estate(s) or consigners until completion of full payment is made by high bidder.
None of the items in our catalog reflect the personal or professional opinions or beliefs of Crimson Auction & Estate Services itself, its staff or employees. We liquidate the items that are contracted to us; some items may require discretion.
· Items or lots in our catalog may be added/edited/removed as needed.
- All specially marked firearms are transferred to a Third Party Vendor immediately after the above stated preview date for transfer/shipping. A transfer fee is required for them to transfer the firearm to the buyer. **All firearms that are shipped to the buyer will require a transfer fee regardless of any internal coding on the Auction Companies’ behalf or listing.
SHIPPING PICKUP
We, (Crimson Auction & Estate Services) do not move, ship or transport any items. We also do not provide shipping quotes or options of any kind.
ALL shipping/package/moving questions are handled through our partnered Third-Party Shippers (either Cross Town Movers or The UPS Store)
At the conclusion of the auction, all winning bidders that are out of state will be assumed shipping requested (unless a message is sent beforehand) & will be sent a payable Square Invoice (for the winning lots, buyer's premium & sales tax) once the Square Invoice has been paid in full; the items will be transferred over to a Third-Party shipper(s) AFTER the conclusion of the local pickup.
The Third-Party(s) will contact the winning bidder for shipping/moving/packaging options. They also will handle payment for those services. All questions about shipping/packaging questions will be redirected to the Third Party Shipper(s). We, Crimson Auction & Estate Services, DO NOT provide quotes for these services; nor do we have ANY control over what the pricing may be. Questions or concerns regarding shipping must be directed to the shipper, not us.
BEFORE the end of the auction, shippable customers MUST update their shipping address in their profiles. Private messages about shipping addresses will be ignored. We bill & turn over the invoices to the Third-Party Shipper(s) as is at the conclusion of the local pickup.
Firearms, ammo & other related restricted items are shipped separately from regular auction items. **All firearms that are shipped to the buyer will require a transfer fee regardless of any internal coding on the Auction Companies’ behalf or listing.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to work out arrangements with the Third-Party Shipper(s) in question within a timely manner. WE WILL NOT REFUND any items if the Buyer’s changes their mind after the close of auction. The items will be considered “Abandoned Property†& may be donated, destroyed or re-auctioned. Buyer may expect a Shipper response 7-10 business days AFTER the local pickup date.
All questions about tracking or delivery concerned must to be directed to the Third-Party Shipper. Crimson Auction & Estate Services will not make inquires or assist in any way.
