Pickups are scheduled 9/8 the Saturday following bid closing. Unless alternate shipping or delivery is arranged. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE to make sure you have availability to pickup items! We will work with you to get a time and date that works if that day is not possible, however, additional pickup dates or times are not guaranteed. If you know you are unavailable for the pickup day please message and see if we can arrange an alternate day for you. You will be sent a link to schedule your exact pickup time and to pre-pay for your item. If you wish to pay cash you can pay when you pick the items up. We reserve the right to sell any item to another buyer if you miss the designated pickup.
Anyone not paying for items or missing pickups will not be permitted to bid on future auctions. Our clients have deadlines to clean out their house so it is important things get removed in a timely manner. If you miss pickups we may have to move your items to our warehouse in Cheektowaga, NY. A fee of 25% is added for moving and items not picked up will continue to accrue storage of an additional 10% weekly in storage fees. After 30 days your items are re-sold and no refund will be issued.
We can ship or deliver all items but you are responsible for all associated fees. If you do not arrange before bidding the fees can be calculated at the end however we can not cancel a sale if you change your mind because of shipping/delivery cost. There may be 2% - 10% fee added to items being shipped to cover packaging and processing in addition to actual shipping charges.
If you cancel the sale for any reason a 25% restocking fee is assessed. No exceptions. We unfortunately incur costs to move the items to our warehouse and have to re-sell at another date.
All items are sold AS IS. We are selling items for our clients so we are not able to place any guarantee or warranty. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your items before you remove them from the pickup site. Once the sale is complete (when you leave with your purchase) we payout to our client, therefore, we cannot refund items or take returns for any reason. Once you remove the item all sales are final!

Returns are allowed on mechanical and electronic items ONLY if they are items not able to be tested at pickup (ex. not connected Dryer, Stove, Speakers) For these cases you must have receipt or credit card statement and it is your responsibility to bring items back to the warehouse at 1684 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, NY. You must contact us to arrange your return within 7 days. We are not at the warehouse daily but we will arrange to meet you.
