Auction Terms & Conditions
All items and lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. For each listing we are going by what we were told by our best knowledge. We do our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything.
Currently we do not have the facilities for you to come down and look at the items. Call us at (503) 342-7658
Lots close at 1 minute intervals beginning at 500 PM, the night of the auction.
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction via email. There is a link with the invoice to pay for your item(s). Payment MUST be paid within 24 hours after the auction (if they are not it will be offered to the next highest bidder). If you are paying cash at pickup please let us know. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone.
Pick Up Terms: All items need to be picked up the Wednesday through Friday after the auction.
Shipping: We ship some items (see the items eligible for shipping in the auction). We keep costs as low as possible. If you request shipping we will bill you for your shipping separate for your items and after we confirm shipping address.
Be sure that your address is correct both as you registered with us and on PayPal.
