-Invoices are emailed to winning bidders within 24 to 48 hours from the conclusion of the auction. A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final bid amount when invoiced unless stated otherwise in the description. There is an automatic $5.00 handling fee that is applied to all items that are shipped. If multiple items are won, the handling fee is charged once per invoice and not per item. ***If shipping/invoice is not paid for within 72 hours of receiving the invoice, item(s) will be considered abandoned property and will be resold with no refund provided.
-We have made every effort to describe lot items as accurately as possible. Please note, all items have been/are used unless noted otherwise in the description. Expect normal signs of wear and tear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. 5 Knights Liquidations does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Electronics have only been plugged in and turned on but not tested. Dimensions given may be approximate.
-Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you bid, you MUST be available, or arrange for, the pick-up of your purchases on the pick-up date unless you have made prior shipping arrangements. If you win, you must pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements. All items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up time (as applicable) will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold without any refund(s).
-In-House shipping is available for items that fit in a USPS Priority Flat Rate box. For anything/items that do not fit in a Flat Rate box, shipping is still available at the buyer's expense and arranged with a third-party such as Box-N-Mail/PakMail/uShip/Etc. Shipment and pricing will then be arranged directly with the chosen merchant. 5 Knights Liquidations will NOT be responsible for any damage to the item(s) during transit and will not result in a refund. This would need to be addressed directly with the shipping merchant (file a claim/insurance).

-No jewelry has been tested for metal or stones unless specifically stated and the Presidium Gem Tester II is referenced. Even then we do not confirm authenticity. It is used solely as a guide only. Earrings may or may not come with the backs. All watches are not checked for working condition unless specifically stated otherwise. They may or may not need a battery. Rhinestones and stones may come loose during the transition/shipment.
.-Questions: ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE bidding. If an item has been shipped to you and you have any questions or concerns, you MUST report this within two (2) days.
