3. Payment: All payments must be made promptly upon the close of the auction. Failure to submit payment may result in the buyer being disqualified from future auctions. We accept Cash, Credit, and debit cards. Credit cards will be charged a 3% convenience fee.
4. Condition of Items: All items are sold as-is. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review item descriptions and images before placing their bids.
5. Bidding Increments: Bidding increments are set by Golden Goose Estate Sales and must be adhered to by all bidders.
6. Reserve Prices: Some items may have reserve prices set by the seller. If an item does not meet the reserve price, it may not be sold.
7. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, Golden Goose Estate Sales reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the resolution.
8. Withdrawal of Items: Golden Goose Estate Sales reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time.
