All sales are as-is and final. Local pick-up in Arcadia, CA on the dates and times noted. Limited shipping available on invoices/orders totaling $75 or greater. See SHIPPING section below for details. Please be aware that shipping charges can be very expensive and may exceed the value of an item. If a bidder requests shipping, we assume the bidder has read and understood these terms. We ship to the address listed on your estatesales.org account.
BIDDING All items are sold as-is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. If you have any questions please ask prior to bidding. We do our best to provide accurate images and information to the best of our knowledge. Normal signs of wear are to be expected with vintage, antiques, or pre-owned items. We do not guarantee the working order of mechanical items or electronics. Placing a bid is making an agreement to purchase. Please do not bid if you cannot fully commit to paying, picking-up at the designated location, date or time, or are not prepared to pay for shipping, packing and handling.
PAYMENT is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped. A 10% buyer's premium and sales taxes will be added to the total bid amount. Winning bidders/buyers will receive an auto-generated invoice. We will notify buyers of payment methods (Venmo, PayPal) prior to charging credit cards.
PICK-UP is scheduled via SignUpGenius. You will receive a link to schedule your appointment.
SHIPPING available at buyer's expense on these terms:
- Orders totaling $75 or more may be shipped to the 48 mainland United States.
- The cost of packing & shipping will be added to your invoice. Payment for shipping must be received within 24 hours of invoice receipt. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the item's fragility, weight, and distance. We will provide a receipt for your records. We require insurance on the total value of items.
- Packages ship 5-7 business days after the sale ends and only after payment for the items has been received. We will do our best to give you an accurate quote for cost before auction ends. The cost will fluctuate depending on how many items are being shipped.
DELIVERY of furniture is available in Los Angeles and Orange County, for a minimum fee of $50 and higher depending on bidder's location and size of the item. Please contact shannon@saturdayvintage.com directly to inquire.
ABANDONED ITEMS will be donated or resold and bidding privileges may be revoked. Any items not picked up during the scheduled pickup time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. We cannot refund abandoned items at any time.
