The items listed in this sale are from an estate in Kent Island, Md and is being offered by Move Management Specialist representing the consignor. By bidding on this auction you agree to buy as-is. Online Sale Dates: Bidding starts 9:00 a.m. on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 24th thru MONDAY, OCTOBER 28th at 9:00 p.m. Individual closing will will be extended 5 minutes when a new bid comes in within 5 minutes of item closing.
Pick-Up DATE: Very Important- One Day Only- WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30th from 10a.m.to 5:00 p.m. If items are to be shipped please allow a week for handling and shipping out.

If you are purchasing a heavier or larger item, please have appropriate personnel to help you. All items must be picked up on the certain pickup date. No exceptions.
Payments: PLEASE PAY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF GETTING YOUR INVOICE..All payments are done through PayPal. If cash, we will take at pickup. You will receive an invoice within the day of bidding ends. Included are all minimal fees and winning bid price. This invoice will include payment instructions via PayPal and instructions for pickup and shipping if available. PayPal requires a secure sign in and accepts all credit card payments. Buyer will need an account on paypal.com. You will then use our email address to make payment. Our email address is: email@example.com. Please bring your paid invoice with you for pickup. Cash and Credit Card is accepted on site only if Prior Approval through us before the day of pickup at 410.829.4196. If paying by credit card ONLY ONSITE an additional 3 % will be added to the invoice the day of pick up for service fees. Some addresses do not have internet-in which then we cannot process payment on site. WHEN INVOICED PREFERRED PAYMENT through paypal is very much appreciated.
All items to be shipped will require additional payment. It will be a shipping cost to your destination-most often usps. We will be shipping from 21638. Please pay immediately when invoiced for your items. If you do not see shipping on the first invoice please pay for item first. Then, when item is packed and ready to ship we will send out an invoice strictly for shipping. Please pay when you receive the shipping invoice. We will then drop your package to USPS. If items are not paid within 24 hours of being invoiced we will not be able to complete transaction. Please COMMUNICATE with us if there are any problems with payment or pick up. If we do not hear from you to pick up your items or you do not pay before the end of the pick up day then we will be unable to allow you to bid in the future with us.
