1. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.
2. Item Descriptions & Condition
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph all items. However:
All measurements are approximate
Condition reports are opinions, not guarantees
Buyers are responsible for reviewing photos and asking questions prior to purchase
3. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon purchase
Accepted forms: Credit/Debit (via Square)
Orders not paid within the specified timeframe may be canceled and offered to the next buyer
4. Pickup Policy
This is a scheduled pickup sale
Buyers must pick up items during the designated pickup window
Address will be provided after purchase confirmation
Bring proper help, tools, and packing materials

SATURDAY MAY 9TH EVENING
FROM 5:00PM -7:00PM
MONDAY MORNING 10AM-1PM
5. Missed Pickups = Forfeited Items
If you fail to pick up your items during the scheduled time:
Items will be considered abandoned
No refunds will be issued
Items may be resold or donated at our discretion
6. Shipping
Shipping may be available on select small items for an additional fee — contact prior to purchase.
7. Large & Heavy Items
Buyers are responsible for removal without damage to the property
Any damage caused during removal is the buyer’s responsibility
Items must be removed in full during pickup window
8. Safety & Liability
By participating in this sale, buyers agree to:
Enter the property at their own risk
Hold the estate, homeowner, and estate sale company harmless for any injury, loss, or damage
9. No Price Adjustments
No refunds or credits based on condition after purchase
No price adjustments once items are sold
10. Order Accuracy
Please double-check your invoice before leaving pickup.
Once items leave the property, we are not responsible for missing or incorrect items.
11. Buyers Premium
A 10% buyers premium will be added to all purchases, the buyers premium will apply to all items.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this additional charge.
12. Respectful Conduct
This sale represents the life and belongings of a valued individual.
We ask that all buyers conduct themselves with respect and professionalism toward the property and items.
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:
Refuse service to anyone
Cancel orders due to errors, disputes, or non-compliance with term
