Terms and Conditions of Sale
This is an online-only timed auction. By bidding, you agree to the following terms:
- Most items will be sold to the highest bidder via timed bidding (auction format). A small number of items will have Buy It Now options.
- Only a few select items are eligible for shipping. The majority require local pickup only. Shipping will always be paid by buyer. Will need to include insurance and professional packing.
- Some artwork, Disney collectibles, and other higher-value pieces have reserves. These items will not sell below the reserve price.
- The auction runs Thursday, April 9 through Wednesday, April 15, 2026.
Condition of Items
All items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. Items are described and photographed to the best of our knowledge. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before bidding. Buyers are responsible for their own inspection via the provided photos.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or adjustments will be made for any reason, including condition, description discrepancies, or buyer’s remorse.
Clothing and Wearable Items
For all clothing, dresses, leather jackets, karate gi, swimsuits, etc.: Please plan to try items on at the time of pickup. If an item does not fit or meet your expectations, you may decline the purchase with no hard feelings.
Payment
Payment is cash only and due in full at the time of pickup. Please bring the exact amount due — we may not be able to provide change.
Pickup Schedule
Winning bidders must arrange pickup during the week following auction close. Items will be available daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (all 7 days). Exact pickup dates and times will be coordinated with each buyer after the sale ends.
Please respect our residential neighborhood:
- Do not arrive before 7:00 AM or after 7:00 PM.
- Buyers are fully responsible for loading and transporting their own items.
Shipping
Shipping is available on only a few designated items. Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and communicated after the auction. All other items are local pickup only.
General
By placing a bid or purchasing an item, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Questions about specific items should be submitted through the EstateSales.org messaging system before the auction ends. Questions about shipping should be addressed prior to end of auction. You can attempt to estimate costs yourself. Shipping is expensive; many items would require professional packing and insurance so that will add to cost.
This sale consists of personal property belonging to a retired individual. It is a casual, occasional liquidation of household goods and is not part of any regular business activity. No Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) is being collected or remitted on these sales.
