All items will be sold to the highest bidder.
All items must be picked up from our storage facility, 300 Fries Mill Rd, Sewell, NJ, 08080. The designated pickup day is Sunday, August 3rd, 2025, between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. All items must be picked up during the designated pickup day and time frame, with no exceptions. If you cannot pick up the item(s) during this time, please do not bid. Please call us when you arrive at (609) 501 - 5432.
Shipping is available on smaller items. Buyer pays all shipping expenses.
Larger furniture items can be delivered for a fee. Please call us for a quote before bidding.
Only one person will be on-site at the storage facility to assist with retrieving your item. You must help lift larger items, as the employee on-site cannot assist with loading.
All items are sold as is.
An 18% buyer's premium is added to each sale. This covers the NJ sales tax and our premium to estatesales.org for hosting this sale.
