Thursday March 7th- - 8:30am till 3:30 ~ *We have no time after Thursday for pick up, house sold, so if you a different day before Thursday or porch pick up on Thursday, please contact me before bidding. Thank You!
YOUR COMMITMENT:
- By Bidding you agree to make a commitment to follow through on scheduling an appointment, payment and picking up your winning items. You MUST follow through with scheduling your appointment and/or make contact with EMG within 24 hours after the sale. If you fail to do so, it will result in your Invoice being cancelled & your item(s) will be sold to next highest bidder & you will also forfeit your right to bid & purchase from us in the future. Your account will be suspended, blocked and/or reported.
- Text Messaging: Winning Bidders agree that upon winning and receiving an Invoice, you agree to accept text messages from Everything Must Go Estates Sales in reference to your Invoice, Payment, Appointments and Future Sales. At any time, you may opt out of receiving future text messages.
- Applicable Sale Tax will be charged & a 6% Buyers fee will be added to Your Invoice.
- Everything Must Go Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse service to anyone failing to commit and communicate respectfully. We appreciate your time, please appreciate ours. Anyone who disrespects the Terms and Conditions of the sale, will forfeit the right to bid & purchase from us in the future and your account will be suspended, blocked and/or reported.
