This is an online-only estate sale. There is no in-person shopping during the auction period.
Questions & Buyer Responsibility
Buyers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully and to ask any questions prior to placing a bid.
By submitting a bid, the buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the listing information and are satisfied with the item’s condition and details. Failure to request clarification before bidding does not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Item Condition & Final Sale
All items are sold as is.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued.
Descriptions and photographs are provided to the best of our ability and are intended for informational purposes only.
Payment & Invoicing
Payment must be completed through the platform prior to pickup or shipment.
Invoices must be paid within 48 hours of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder and possible restriction of future bidding privileges.
Shipping
Shipping is available for eligible items and is paid by the buyer.
If you require shipping, please wait for an updated invoice reflecting shipping charges before submitting payment.
Small items (such as jewelry, figurines, and most collectibles) will be shipped via USPS.
Optional carrier coverage is available upon request and will be added to the final invoice at the buyer’s expense.
AEP Estate Sales is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays once items have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Large items (including oversized artwork, statues, and furniture) are not eligible for shipping and must be picked up by the buyer. Any third-party delivery arrangements are the buyer’s responsibility.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment only after payment has been completed.
Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, packing materials, equipment, and transportation.
No payments will be accepted at pickup.
Pickup Deadline
Items must be picked up within seven (7) days of the scheduled pickup date unless prior written arrangements have been made.
Items not collected within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund.
Large, Fragile, or High-Value Items
Buyers assume full responsibility for handling, packing, loading, and transportation once items are released for pickup or transferred to the shipping carrier.
Cross-Platform Sales
Items may be offered on multiple platforms and are subject to prior sale. Listings may be removed at any time.
Authenticity
Items are represented based on information available at the time of listing. No guarantees regarding age, origin, artist, provenance, or authenticity are expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own research prior to bidding.
Limitation of Responsibility
AEP Estate Sales and the seller are not responsible for loss, damage, or delays occurring after items have been released for pickup or transferred to the shipping carrier.
