All items are sold As IS. There are no implied guaranties, warranties, refunds or exchanges. All auction sales are final. A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. You are also agreeing to pay for and pick up items you win.
The winning bidder is responsible for removing their purchased items from the sale. All bidders will be responsible for loading and/or bringing loading help for items.
All items will need to be picked up on site in South Weber. Exact address will be posted at 6am on June 1st. You must pick up your items during pick up times only. We will not be available outside of the pickup times. Do not bid if you cannot commit to a pickup time.
Pick up times will be Sunday June 2nd 12:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday June 3rd 3:00 - 6:00 pm, Tuesday June 4th 3:00 - 6:00 pm. All items not picked up by Tuesday June 4th at 6:00pm will be forfeited. If items are forfeited, it will not relieve your obligation to pay for those items.
Bidders will receive an invoice once the auction is complete and have the following options for payment:
Square or Paypal (options will be included on your invoice). Venmo (send us a message once you receive your invoice for information to pay through Venmo), Cash or card on site.
If paying on site with a credit card there will be a credit card fee charged when completing your payment. If paying with a card through Square link on your invoice a card fee will not be charged. Paying ahead through Square, Paypal or Venmo will help make your pick-up quicker. No items will be available for pick up until they are paid for.
Non paying bidders may be blocked from future auctions and items will be relisted or sold at our discretion. If an item is forfeited or not paid for we may offer the item to the last bidder at our discretion. If items are not paid for & picked up by June 4th at 6:00 pm the items will be forfeited and we will automatically charge the credit card on file.
