    3. Payment: All sales are final and all items are sold "as is." Cash, venmo, and Credit Cards (with service fee) are accepted as payment 
    4. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
    5. Discounts: Discounts may be offered at the discretion of the estate owner or seller. All discounts will be announced and clearly displayed. *Does not apply to online auctions 
    6. Moving and Transport: Purchasers are responsible for their own transport and removal of items from the sale location. MUST bring help to load furniture. Estate owners and sellers are not responsible for damage or injury incurred during moving or transport. 
    7. Liability: All sales are at the purchaser's own risk. Property owners and Estate sellers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the estate sale.
    8. Entrance: No early entrance is allowed, except for individuals who are authorized by the estate owner or seller. The estate owner or seller reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone at any time.
    9. Parking: Parking may be limited, and parking rules and regulations must be followed. Estate owners or sellers are not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles parked on the premises.
    10. Children and Pets: No children or pets are allowed on premises. 
    11. Security: estate owners or sellers reserve the right to inspect bags and packages brought onto the premises.
    12. Conduct: All visitors to the estate sale must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment, theft, or destruction of property, will not be tolerated and may result in legal action.
