Auction preview and pick up Fridays 11-5 and Saturdays 11-3 each week. We're excited to see you in person but please follow social distancing guidelines and limit your time in the building. Masks now required per Governor's order. Curbside pick up service available.
Our Online Auctions feature a great mix of personal property from local estates and liquidators including furniture, antiques, tools, household goods, new-in-box items, retail liquidation items, toys, art, jewelry, coins, memorabilia, vintage finds, collectibles and a bit of the unique and unusual!
Capacity will be limited to 10 people (usually not a problem) and curbside option will continue: Call us @ 248-660-0752 when you arrive and we'll bring your items out on a cart for you to load into your vehicle.
Your card on file will be charged immediately after the sale ends and pick up can be made Fridays 11-5 or Saturdays 11-3 each week.
- Be sure to bring your own boxes and paper if you purchase fragile items.
- We'll be open Fridays 11-5 and Saturdays 11-3 ONLY for pick ups and preview each week and we'll be closed to the public Monday-Thursday.
- Please make sure to have your items picked up by the 9th day after auction closes. This gives you the first Friday/Saturday and second Friday/Saturday after each auction ends to pick up your items.. We can no longer hold items for more than 9 days. Items not removed after 9 calendar days of the auction's close will be considered abandoned and become property of Michigan Trading Co. LLC. Thanks for your cooperation!

Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all in-state invoices unless a valid Resale Tax Exemption form is placed on file with our office.
Lots begin Live Catalog closing at the stated closing time. This is a staggered close, as lots close every 10 seconds. All auctions have a soft close: If a bid is placed during the last two minutes, the time will be extended.

SHIPPING INFO:
- Shipping is available for an additional charge. If it fits in a box, it ships!
- Please reply to your invoice email after the auction and let us know you'll need shipping for that invoice.
- Your invoice balance will be charged to your card on file after the auction closes and a second charge for shipping will be charged when we ship out the following week.
- After your items ship out you'll receive an emailed receipt with package tracking info.
-SHIPPING COSTS: $2 handling fee per lot, $1 mandatory insurance fee (per box) and actual postage cost (we get discounted rates thru USPS).
- We will combine items into a single box if possible and use the least expensive shipping method.
- Postage cost is determined by package weight, size and distance from us to you. Please take this into account when bidding.
- Larger items may not be eligible for shipping.
- Invoices with multiple glassware items may be subject to an additional $5 handling fee for extra packaging materials.
