The lots listed in this online estate sale are from the living estate of Ethel Houman and are being offered by Sterling Transitions Atlanta North as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. ONLINE SALE DATES: Online Sale begins on Thursday, July 22 at 9am EST and ends on Wednesday, July 28 at 6pm EST.
PICK-UP DAY: We will have ONE (1) day for pick up on Sunday, August 1 from 12pm – 6pm (EST). Items will be picked up in Stone Mountain, GA. Exact address will be sent to authorized buyers upon confirmation of payment after the sale ends. You will be able to schedule your pick-up slot by calling (404) 281-2763 or emailing mstevens@sterlingtransitions.com.
Items not picked up are forfeited regardless of payment status unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to the end of pick-up window. Masks are required to enter the home. Please do not come if you or anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms. We will find an alternative pick-up option for you. Please be sure to bring extra hands to help in moving and loading heavy furniture. We will not have additional staff to support this.

SHIPPING: Shipping is offered through our local UPS Store #3423 (King Plaza Store) in Roswell, GA on select items in the sale. Please check individual descriptions. If you are interested in shipping, please contact UPS Store#3423 by email at store3423@theupsstore.com for a shipping quote PRIOR to purchasing. Upon purchase, please confirm your address and phone number with Sterling Transitions Atlanta North via email or phone. Once paid, your item is taken to UPS and they will contact you directly for shipping options and payment. Items may not be left at UPS for longer than 7 days or they will be donated. We do not offer refunds if the cost of shipping is higher than anticipated or if your item has been left at UPS for longer than a week. Please contact UPS Store #3423 directly for shipping questions.
PAYMENT INFO: If you make a purchase, you will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Sterling Transitions Atlanta North at the end of this sale. If you are using shipping option and only plan to purchase your items early in the week of sale and make no further purchases, we can arrange for you to receive your invoice earlier for payment and for taking items to UPS for shipping. Otherwise, your invoice will include items purchased throughout the week until close of sale and then all items will be taken to UPS together upon receipt of payment.

All items must be paid for prior to pick up or shipping. You can pay by credit card or debit card by using the link on the invoice to pay through Stripe. You will need to have a credit card on file with estatesales.org to purchase on this sale. If you would like to pay using a different credit card, you will need to contact Sterling Transitions Atlanta North and provide this new information. At this time, we don’t accept cash onsite at pick up day. 8% sales tax applies to all purchases. 3% credit card processing fee. You will be charged for your purchases using this card if you fail to pay after pick-up day is over. You will need to communicate with us and make other arrangements prior to the end of the first day of pick up. No refunds.
Dealers & Resellers – Please provide a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate of Registration and make sure it’s attached to your Estatesales.org account.

We understand that sometimes things happen, so we ask for communication on your part as soon possible to let us know if you need to change pick up or cancel your purchase. If we do not hear from you or you do not pay for your goods, we will be unable to allow you to purchase in future online estate sales with us. We apologize for the strict policy, but this puts us in an unnecessary bind and we just ask you to call or email us ASAP if plans have changed.
