Auction Terms & Conditions
All Sales are Final and There Are NO Refunds! Buyer purchases items at own risk. All photographs are in attempt to capture the full scale of the item including any damages or missing pieces.
Payment must be made using a CC or Debit Card.
Payment must be processed by the payment deadline noted in our Terms & Conditions.
Additional charges will appear on your invoice; a 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid for auctions, 3% CC Fee, and Local sales tax (8%) will also be added.
Shipping in available (MORE INFORMATION OF SHIPPING TO BE ADDED before the Auction Ends). Note if you are the winning bidder, you will be required to provide a street address, phone number and email address for the shipper. Shipping will be completed within 5 -7 business days after the sale.
Customers MUST pay for the online items before pickup or shipment is made. The pickup date is scheduled for Friday, February 3rd between 10-2 PM and Saturday, February 4th between 9-11. (Location details will be provided to all winning bidders).
Customers who have not paid by that date/time forfeit any claim to the property and the property may be resold or donated. Property that has been paid for but is not picked up by the end of the pick-up period will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund.
Bidders who pick up items MUST be prepared to lift, carry, and load purchases in their vehicle.
