🎄 Christmas Online Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for shopping our Christmas Online Estate Sale! This special event features holiday treasures from several vendors, including vintage glass ornaments, Christmas décor, collectibles, and other seasonal finds. We appreciate your participation and ask that you review the following Terms & Conditions before placing bids or making a purchase.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe via the online sale platform using any payment method accepted by Stripe.

Within 48 hours after the auction closes, shipping charges will be calculated and added to your invoice. Once your final invoice has been posted, we will process the payment through the payment method on file.

Buy It Now purchases are a commitment to purchase and must be completed within 48 hours of purchase. An invoice will be sent within 48 hours of your purchase and will include the applicable shipping charges.

If your payment is declined, you will be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment method or submit payment.

If payment is not received, or we do not hear from you within 48 hours of our payment request, your purchase will be canceled. The item(s) may be offered to another buyer or relisted for sale, and your account may be banned from participating in future AEP online estate sales.

Please ensure your payment method has sufficient available funds before participating in the auction or purchasing a Buy It Now item.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with any known flaws noted in the descriptions and photographs. These are vintage and previously owned items, so normal signs of age and wear should be expected.

Please review all photos carefully and ask any questions before bidding or purchasing.

Winning an auction or purchasing an item through Buy It Now constitutes a commitment to purchase.

Buyers who repeatedly fail to complete purchases may be restricted or banned from participating in future AEP online estate sales.

Shipping charges are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated in the item listing. Shipping is calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and number of items purchased.

We ship using Pirate Ship to obtain the best available shipping rates. Shipping typically ranges from $10.00–$40.00, depending on the size and quantity of your order.

Many of the items in this sale are vintage glass ornaments and other fragile Christmas collectibles. Extra time and care are taken to individually wrap and securely pack each item using quality packing materials. Proper packing is our priority and helps ensure your treasured purchases arrive safely.

Please allow 7–10 business days after payment has been received for your order to be carefully packed and shipped. This additional handling time allows us to properly wrap and protect each fragile item before it leaves our hands.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Tracking information will also be added to your invoice so you can monitor your package throughout delivery.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

Local pickup is available by appointment.

All local pickup purchases must be paid for prior to pickup and picked up within 7 days, unless prior arrangements have been made. Items not picked up within that time may be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

Due to the nature of estate sale merchandise, all sales are final.

However, if an item has been significantly misrepresented, please contact us promptly. If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
