By registering and placing a bid in any B&B Estate Sales online auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration
• All bidders must register with an accurate legal name, address, email, and phone number.
• B&B Estate Sales reserves the right to approve or deny any bidder registration.
2. Bidding
• All bids are binding, final, and cannot be canceled or retracted once placed.
• Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids and notifications.
• B&B Estate Sales is not responsible for missed alerts, emails, outbid notifications, or website/app errors.
3. Winning Bids & Invoicing
• If you are the high bidder at the auction close, you are legally obligated to complete the purchase.
• Invoices are sent to the email on file shortly after the auction ends.
• Payment is due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically same day or within 24 hours).
4. Payment
• Accepted payment methods are credit and debit cards.
• Purchases may be subject to a Buyer’s Premium and/or State Sales Tax where applicable.
• If payment is not received by the end of the auction or within 24 hours of the auction conclusion, items may be forfeited, re-listed, or offered to the next highest bidder. Repeated non-payment may result in a permanent ban from future sales.
5. Pick-Up/ Shipping & Removal
• All purchases can be picked up on the day(s) and times notated below. Winning bidders will receive an email after payment is received with pickup details. All items must be paid for prior to pickup. We do not accept payment at pickup. For this auction, pickup is scheduled for Sunday, 3/22/2026, between 10 am and 2 pm. Unfortunately, we don't have any other days or times available for pickup.
If you are picking items up, you must bring:
• Help to lift heavy items
• Tools, packing materials, boxes, blankets, dollies, etc.
• B&B Estate Sales staff are not required to assist with loading or packing.
Shipping:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: All items in this auction are marked as "shipping available," and select items can be shipped either by us or by a carrier arranged by the buyer, provided all shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
We do not transport items to third-party shipping facilities under any circumstances.
We will ship items within reason, defined as items weighing 20 lbs or less and measuring no more than 20” x 20” x 20”. Examples of shippable items include books, small hand tools, cookware, shoes, and clothing, etc.
We will not transport or ship large or heavy items, such as rugs, furniture, large-screen TVs, or items requiring more than one person to move.
If you need shipping for larger items, you can arrange for a third-party shipper to pick up directly from the home on the designated pickup day (see Terms & Conditions for details).
We do offer combined shipping on smaller items. All shipped items will be carefully packed using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and boxes) to ensure safe delivery.
Please note: Items with a value under $100 will incur an additional $9.95 Shipping and Handling Fee.
Items with a value of $500 or more require additional shipping insurance and an adult signature. Buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses.
Winner bidders will receive the pickup address by email or text.
We do not give refunds or credit for failing to read the terms and conditions. Before you placed your bid, you checked a box indicating your agreement to these terms.
6. Failure to Pick Up
If the buyer fails to pick up items during the scheduled pick-up window and does not notify us:
• Items will be forfeited without refund
• No credits or chargebacks
• Items may be disposed of, donated, resold, or offered to the next highest bidder
• Repeat offenders may be banned from future auctions
7. Item Condition / Inspection
• All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with NO warranties or guarantees.
• No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges for:
• Defects
• Damage
• Size
• Functionality
• Condition
• Accuracy of descriptions or photos
• Bidders are encouraged to ask questions or preview items when available. We will do our best to highlight/photograph, and call out the flaws we see.
8. Photographs & Descriptions
• Photos are part of the item description.
• Measurements, conditions, ages, and materials are to the best of our knowledge, but are not guaranteed.
• Buyer assumes all responsibility for verifying details before bidding.
9. Technology Disclaimer
• B&B Estate Sales is not responsible for:
• Lost internet connection
• Website errors
• App failures
• Slow devices
• Inability to place last-second bids
• In the event of a technical outage, B&B may extend or reschedule the auction at its sole discretion.
10. Liability
• Buyers enter the property at their own risk.
• B&B Estate Sales is not responsible for injury, accidents, damage, theft, or loss while on the property or handling purchased items.
11. Fraud & Chargebacks
• All sales are final.
• Chargebacks and payment disputes will be reported as theft of goods to local law enforcement.
• Bidders who attempt to reverse payments may be permanently banned and subject to legal action.
12. Reserve Rights
B&B Estate Sales reserves the right to:
• Reject any bid
• Remove bidding privileges
• Withdraw or add items
• Set or adjust reserves
• Cancel any sale for any reason
13. Pickup of Large / Heavy Items
• Buyers are solely responsible for removing large or heavy items without damaging walls, doors, floors, or property grounds.
• Any damage caused by a buyer or their movers is the buyer’s responsibility.
14. Compliance
By bidding, you acknowledge:
• You have read and agree to these terms
• You are legally able to purchase items
• You will complete all payments and pickups as required
