- All Sales Are Final: All items are sold as-is, where-is. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are available. Please review all the photos carefully, test items, and ask any questions before making a purchase.
- Payment: Payment must be made in person during the sale. We will not hold anything unless full payment is received.
- All items must be picked up before the conclusion of the sale.
- We do not allow handbags, purses, book bags, or fanny packs into our sales. You may bring a reusable shopping bag that does not zip or snap closed. We reserve the right to check all shopping bags upon exit.
- First-come policy. We do not "hold" or "look after" items you set aside or "claim". First to pay owns it!
- We only pre-sale select furniture, pianos, pool tables, and grandfather clocks. You can text (609) 501 - 5432 to learn more. Please include the item and photo number.
- In most cases, we will limit the number of people inside the home at any given time. This is for your safety, our team's safety, and the client's home.
- We accept cash, Venmo, and cards. Using a card will incur an additional 3% fee.
