As is the case with most estate sales and auctions, all sales are as-is and final. We make no guarantees and you cannot bring anything back.
Sales tax will be charged. This is not our choice, but something we must do as a company.
A 15% buyers premium will also be added to your items. We are only accepting debit/credit cards, square, and PayPal. You must pay online.
Pick up will be on December 11th from 11:00am - 5:00pm. You are parking and coming at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents on this property, including accidents while parking or picking up your item, or any injury to any person in any way. Shipping is not available for this sale.
Please bring someone to help you load items and packing material, if you feel that you need it. You MUST bring someone to help you load larger items.
Sale ends on Wednesday, Dec 8, 2021 at 8:00pm. You will have until Friday, December 10th at 7:00pm to pay for your item. You must pay online during this time. Pick up will be the next morning on December 11th from 11:00am-5:00pm. You will receive the exact address with your invoice. We will be there on the property during the pick up hours.
Also, the owner of the items being sold had cats in the home. Please be aware of that if you bid, or if you are allergic to cats or animals. Please don't complain about this after the fact.
The pick up town is Sapphire, NC on client's estate/property. If you are not local and do not know where Sapphire is, please look on a map before you bid to make sure that you can come to pick up your items. We can not ship any of these items due to size and weight. After you bid and if you win, you will be invoiced and you MUST pay for your items. If you do not pay, legal action may be taken, you will be blocked from all future bidding, and your name may be put on other auction platforms as a person who does not pay. We encourage all sellers to pursue with legal action for buyers who do not pay. Don't pay late and then ask for your item. We will not have it after the pick up time. After payment, if you do not pick up your items on the date stated, your items will then be considered abandoned and will then become the property of Mount Pisgah Auction Company and we will do with it as we wish. We will not call you to schedule another pick up day or time.
We may use words, like, - retro, antique, vintage, old, primitive, rustic, etc. in pricing and describing items on tags, pictures, and at live auctions. These are descriptive words and are no guarantee of age. We have no guarantees of any kind. You are buying what you see and the items are "as is" and no returns. We are describing items as what we believe they are, or what our consigner tells us that they are. For example, we may say "brass". This means that we believe to the best of our knowledge that it is "brass", However, if it is not "brass" you are still buying what you see.
Some items may have cracks, chips, or imperfections that we did not see. We are not responsible for the working of electrical items. If we know something we will tell you in the description.
We reserve the right to withdraw items as requested by the seller, for all estate sales, auctions, and tag sales, change descriptions of items at any time, cancel a sale at any time, change a price if no one has bid, have reserves and starting bids, or refuse a bid for any reason. We are not responsible for any accidents as a result of any auction or estate sale, accidents on the property where items are being sold, or accidents during pick-up. We are not responsible for the working conditions of electronical items or any items. All items are as is. If we see a defect in an item, we will tell you. However, we are not responsible for defects that we may not see. It is possible that we may miss something. The buyer and the bidder holds this auction company blameless for any issues as a result of this auction, estate sale, or any technical issues on this platform or any issues with paying on those platforms. Announcements the day of the on-site, on-line auction, or tag/ estate sale take precedence over any previous verbal, written or published information.
We reserve the right to change the times of sales, open early, or close early, due to parking, weather, or any other concerns, this includes online auctions as well. We also, reserve the right to change the times and days of pickup due to weather, sickness, issues that a consigner may face, or any other issue. We will work with the buyer on another pickup time in those cases.
