- Payment Information Requirement - You Must provide a Credit Card in order to be able to Bid on item(s). By providing your credit or debit card information to Three R Estate Services, you authorize Three R Estate Services to charge your primary card on file for the total purchase price of the item(s), plus any applicable fees, including but not limited to buyer’s premium, shipping, delivery, and handling fees. You agree to maintain valid payment information in your profile and confirm that you are authorized to use the designated payment method. Three R Estate Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel orders or suspend purchasing privileges for users who do not maintain valid payment information. If your payment method fails or your account becomes past due, Three R Estate Services may attempt to collect amounts owed using other payment methods on file or through collection agencies and legal counsel, as permitted by law. Debit Cards DO NOT incur a fee, any other credit card will incur a 3% fee.
- Buy It Now Purchases Are Binding. All Buy It Now purchases are final and constitute a binding agreement to purchase. Please do not complete a purchase unless you intend to pay in full and arrange pickup or shipping as required.
- Pickup or Shipping Arrangements - Buyers must be available to pick up purchased items on the scheduled pickup date and time or must arrange and pay for shipping or delivery if offered. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the item(s).
- Pickup Responsibilities - Buyers are responsible for bringing any necessary tools, equipment, and labor required to safely remove and transport their purchases. Loading assistance is not available. Items may be located on upper floors, basements, or outbuildings.
- Receipts & Payment Processing - Receipts are emailed once payment has been successfully processed. All purchases must be paid in full before items are released. If shipping is offered, buyers must select their preferred receipt method at checkout. Shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid in full prior to shipment. Three R Estate Services reserves the right to hold purchased items until payment has cleared. There is a $5.00 Shipping Fee in addition to Shipping Charges to cover Shipping Materials to protect your item(s)
- Failure to Pick Up or Pay for Shipping - If items are not picked up during the scheduled pickup window or if shipping/delivery payment arrangements are not completed, items will be considered forfeited and may be resold or donated at Three R Estate Services’ discretion. Purchasing privileges may also be revoked.
- Shipping Availability - Shipping is available for select items only and is at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise stated. There is a 5% fee for shipping to cover specialized shipping materials to insure that your item(s) arrive safely. If you choose to have your items shipped you will receive an additional invoice for shipping. Please keep this in mind, we find the least expensive option for shipping but weight and size of the item(s) will determine the cost of shipping. Keep shipping charges in mind when you bid on item(s). Items will be paid in full prior to the separate shipping cost, please keep this additional fee in mind when you bid on item(s)
- Payment Prior to Release - All items must be fully paid for at the conclusion of the auction and before pickup or shipment. Items designated for shipping may not be removed from the estate until full payment, including shipping charges, has been received.
- Pickup Location Information - The exact pickup address will be included on the receipt or invoice emailed after purchase confirmation.
- Abandoned Items - Any items not picked up during the scheduled pickup window will be considered abandoned and may be donated or resold. No refunds will be issued.
- Buyer’s Premium - A Buyer’s Premium applies to all purchases and varies by item, Buyers Premium is 12% The applicable Buyer’s Premium for each item is clearly disclosed on the individual item listing and will be added to the purchase price at checkout.
- Item Descriptions & Condition - We make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible. Expect normal wear consistent with antiques, vintage, and pre-owned items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees. Three R Estate Services does not guarantee the working condition of clocks, watches, electronics, or mechanical devices. Dimensions provided may be approximate. No returns or refunds are offered by Three R Estate Services, though some items may qualify for third-party return protection programs.
