GENERATIONS ESTATE SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITION FOR ONLINE AUCTION:
This in an online auction and bidding starts at 6:00 am, January 15th and starts to close January 19 at 6pm. Please read the terms and conditions before entering a bid. You must be 18 years to bid. By browsing this auction and bidding on the auction items, you certify that you accept our terms and conditions.
To bid on an item, you must register on the EstateSales.org website. The winning bidder is charged when the bidding has ended. The charge will include the highest bid, 7% Buyer's Premium, and 6% Maryland Sales Tax. There is no cost to register, and you will not be charged unless you win a bid.
Winning Bids and Pick-up: Winning bids are final, cannot be canceled, and are deemed to be a binding contract. No returns and items are sold in as is condition. We will make every effort to show the product completely. We do not ship, local pickup only. Please pay attention to the Pickup Category (Pickup A, Pickup B, Pickup C, etc.). Please note that you are only allowed to be on the property during your assigned pickup slot. If an item is not picked up at its assigned time slot, we will assess $50 penalty. If you do not pick up your item on your assigned pickup slot, it will be forfeited without refund. We do not supply packing supplies, boxes, or tools. Bring help to move large items. Any damage to the property while moving your item(s) will be the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. The costs to repair will be charged to your credit card stored on EstateSale.org.
All buyers must bring the auction receipt, valid photo identification and the credit card used to purchase the item(s). We will not release the item(s) unless we have reviewed the document mentioned above. We will only allow the number of people in the house necessary to move your items, we will not allow children or pets in the home. Items for Sale: Items for sale are, for the most part, used and most likely in used condition. Items are in "as-is" condition. Once you have picked up your item(s), you are responsible for any change in condition, We are not responsible for any recalls or safety issues on any items purchased. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to research the safety and possible faults of the item(s). Some items may have a reserve price (item will not be sold for less than the reserve price).
Generations Estate Services and the Sellers are not responsible for any injury or illness. You will indemnify and hold harmless, the above-mentioned individual(2) and GES, LLC members, from expenses including court fees, attorney's fees, damages and/or losses.
