ONLINE SALE DATES: Bidding starts at 6:00am Friday, April 5, 2019. Lots will close every minute starting with Lot 1 at 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 10th. Individual closing will be extended 5 minutes when a new bid comes in within 5 minutes of lot closing.
PICK UP / SHIPPING: Local Pick Up is Thursday, April 11th from 3:00PM to 6:00PM in Asheville, NC and the exact address will be on invoice sent to buyer after the auction ends. If shipping is preferred, we will be shipping via our local UPS STORE where you will need to pay them direct for the shipping and they will handle the packing of your winning lots. You will need to pay your outstanding invoice with us before we will take your items for shipping and you will need to provide us with your shipping address and contact phone number to pass along to the the UPS Store. You MUST communicate with us at auction close as to whether or not you are picking up or shipping your items. Please call 828-338-8448 or email info@sterlingtransitions.com with your plans. Please note that shipping artwork can be expensive, so please call the UPS Store at 828-252-6930 with your lot number to get a shipping estimate BEFORE you bid as we do not offer refunds.
PAYMENT INFO: You will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Sterling Transitions Inc AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. This email will include payment instructions via PayPal. Type the following into your web browser "https://www.paypal.me/SterlingTransitions" and enter your payment amount. You can also send the payment thru Paypal to our email address "info@sterlingtransitions.com. If you prefer to pay by cash or check in person, you must reply to your invoice email with your plans for payment. **All items must be paid for within 24 hours of sale ending using Paypal or call / email us to communicate other payment preferences. Bring your printed paid invoice (or on phone) with you to pick up.
