    2. The sale is complete upon payment when invoicve is issued. We reserve the right to cancel and sale, go to the second bidder or relist any items when the card on file is declined.
    3. Cash, credit card or wire transfers are accepted. No checks.
    4. No loading help available for local pick up.
    5. Sales tax is collected on all purchases unless a resale certificate is on file PRIOR to the sale.

    PICK UP / SHIPPING

    Furniture and large itemns must be picked up. Pick up will be July 17 & 18, 2021, hours and instructions will be on your invoice. Items not icked up will be considerted abandonned property and handled accordingly. 

    We ship to all 50 states and internationally. We ship by the most cost-effective method. We charge a $5.00 packing fee per box and actual shipping costs. 

     

    PAYMENT TERMS

    1. We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Cashier's Check and Bank Wire as payment.
    2. Any purchase over $2,500 must be cash or wire transfer
    3. Payment is due when invoice is issued.
    4. VEHICLES
      1. Tax, License and a Document fee of $95.00 is added to all vehicle purchases. 
      2. All vehicles are cash or bank wire only
      3. We can help with transport of any vehicle, but the expense is the responsibility of the buyer.

Preview your Craigslist template

  1. Go to Craigslist and find your city.
  2. Under For Sale, click on the Garage Sale category.
  3. Click on the Post link in the upper right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the Garage Sale category and then select your area. Craigslist doesn't have an Estate Sale category and this is the closest match.
  5. Add the title of your sale and the location.
  6. Add your email address and keep it anonymous to prevent spam.
  7. Copy & Paste the html code below into the Posting Description text box.
  8. Click Continue to add photos and publish your sale. You will receive a confirmation email from Craigslist to verify the sale. Activate your sale by clicking the link in your email and your done!
  9. Craigslist allows you to re-post your ad every 48 hours. Re-post any sooner and your ad may be subject to removal.
