Auction Terms & Conditions
Items in the auction are sold AS-IS. There is no guarantee expressed or implied on any of the LOTS/ ITEMS in the auction. We make every effort to provide accurate information and photos. Please be sure to check the photos closely. You are welcome to schedule a time to see items in person if you have any questions.
By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

Lots close at 30-second intervals beginning at 4:25 PM, the last day of the auction.
Payment: Payment MUST be made by the Monday following the auction closing. You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction via email.
We take credit cards online and cash at pickup. We charge a 2% credit card transaction fee to cover cost of using a card.
Please note that if payment or acceptable arrangements are not made by the Monday after the auction, you forfeit your winnings. Items may be offered to the next highest bidder.
We add an 10% buyer’s premium to all purchases. This is typical and covers auction expenses.
Pick Up Terms: All items need to be picked up by the following Monday after the auction or acceptable arrangements made.
Picking Up Your Winnings:
Pick up is at our storage unit off NE 122nd near Airport Way. Text when you arrive. We will either bring your winnings to the front or give you a gate code (for heavier items).
1.) Stop by the Friday & Saturday following auction closing between 11-2. Text when you are on your way so we can get your winnings prepared (contact info. for our storage is on the invoice we email to you) or...
2.) Schedule a pickup the Thursday, Sunday, or Monday following the auction, between 11-6 by texting the phone number on the invoice.
Shipping: We ship throughout lower 48 states. Items are not shipped until the week after the auction. We typically ship items that are under 25 lbs. and approx. 20" in diameter (see the items eligible for shipping in the auction). But anything is shippable if you can cover the cost. We keep the costs as low as possible. If you request shipping we will add shipping costs to your invoice by the Monday following the auction.
We will include flat rate shipping for upfront shipping prices, as we are able.
Be sure that your address is correct on your invoice.
Unclaimed Lots: Any unclaimed/ unpaid lots after the Monday following the auction will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction as the need arises.
