    Sale Dates-- Bids accepted from Wednesday, April 17th at 6:00am and closing at 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 24th starting with lot 1 and subsequent lots every minute after.

    Pick Up/Shipping--Local Pick Up is Thursday, April 25th from 11AM to 3PM in Asheville.  Shipping on all items is offered through USPS Flat Rate within the Continental US for the lots in this sale. Within 24 hours of sale end, you will receive an invoice from Sterling Transitions with your winning lots. YOU MUST reply to this email by 11AM on April 25th if you require shipping. Send us your name, phone and shipping address as well as any additional shipping insurance you request over $50. You will then receive another invoice with shipping charges included by the end of the day.  Please pay this invoice within 24 hours of receiving it. We will mail your winnings through the United States Post Office with insurance over $50 (if requested) and you will receive a tracking number once it has been sent. 

    PAYMENT INFO: You will receive an EMAIL from Sterling Transitions Inc AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. This email will include payment instructions via PayPal and instructions for shipping, if requested. If you are picking up locally, then please pay your invoice prior to pick up through PayPal.
