*Be aware, this home is four levels and will require moving furniture up or down stairs. Look at lot description to see what floor your item is on. You MUST bring help to load your heavy items or you will be turned away and asked to come back with helpers! You are welcome to hire one of our recommended movers - Beaty Brothers 828-201-2982 or College Hunks 828-483-6054 who are both available on our pick up days.

ONLINE SALE DATES: Online Bidding starts at 6:00am SATURDAY, May 1, 2021 Lots will close every minute starting with Lot 1 at 5:00pm on THURSDAY, May 6th. Individual closings will be extended 5 minutes when a new bid comes in within 5 minutes of lot closing.
PICK UP: Pick up by appointment between 12pm and 6:00pm on Friday, May 7th or between 9am and 1pm on Monday, May 10th. Appointments are every 10 minutes and are made using www.calendly.com/sterlingtransitions. Items will be picked up in Asheville (exact address will be sent to you after auction ends). This home is closing so pick up dates are firm. If you do not pick up during pick up times or make different arrangements with us, your items will be donated and no refunds given. Boxes and paper are available but you will need to pack your own breakables. Please review shipping policy below if you would like item shipped.
Items not picked up by end of last pick up day are forfeited regardless of payment status unless alternative arrangements have been made with us prior to the end of pick up. Masks are required to enter the home. Please do not come if you or anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms. We will find an alternative pick up option for you.
SHIPPING: Shipping is offered on some items in the sale. Review description of the item to see if it can be shipped. If you are interested in shipping, please contact UPS for a shipping quote PRIOR to bidding. 828-252-6930. You will need to confirm your address and phone with us after the auction ends and pay for your purchase. Once your item is paid for, we will take it to UPS and they will contact you directly for shipping options and shipping payment. Items may not be left at UPS for longer than a week or they will be donated. We do not offer refunds if the cost of shipping is higher than anticipated. Call before bidding to get a quote. PAYMENT INFO: You will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Sterling Transitions Inc AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. You can pay using the link on the invoice or pay to our email address through PayPal at info@sterlingtransitions.com. Please send us a quick email if you would prefer us to charge your credit card on file. *All items must be paid for prior to pick up. We apologize for the strict policy but this puts us in an unnecessary bind and we just ask you to call or email us ASAP if plans have changed.
