The lots listed in this catalog are be offered by Sterling Transitions Inc as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. By bidding at the auction you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.

ONLINE SALE DATES:
Location: Online Only
Date/Times: Bidding starts at 8AM on Wednesday, March 15th and ends on Sunday, March 19th at 4PM. Lots will close every minute starting with Lot 1. Individual closing will be extended 5 minutes when a new bid comes in within 5 minutes of lot closing.
ITEM PICK UP:
Location: HIGH VISTA, Mills River, NC – Your name will be at the gate. Be prepared to show ID. You will receive a map from the gate guard and may follow SALE signs in neighborhood to get to home. Exact address will be on the invoice sent to you after the auction ends.
Dates/Times: PICK UP on Tuesday, March 21st from 10AM to 8PM. This is the ONLY available pick up time. If you have a large number of items to pick up, we ask that you contact us to make an appointment. Items must be paid for through PayPal PRIOR to pick up.
Items MUST be picked up during pick up times. If you can not remove your items during scheduled pick up times, do not bid. Sterling Transitions Inc WILL NOT SHIP any items. Once an auction has ended, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). Ownership of items not picked up during pick up times will revert to party with primary vested interest in the item to sell or dispose of item as it sees fit. Any funds paid shall be forfeited to satisfy terms of sale. Be prepared to show bidder’s ID at pick up.
PAYMENT INFO:
You will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Sterling Transitions Inc AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. This email will include payment instructions via PayPal and instructions for pick up. Paypal requires a secure sign in and accepts all credit card payments. Buyer will need an account on Paypal.com and will use our email address,info@sterlingtransitions.com, for payment on PayPal. We will check IDs at pick up time. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. A 15% buyer premium is added to final bid price.

Due diligence to verify the condition and description of a lot is the sole responsibility of the Bidder prior to placing any bid. No Returns.

Ownership of all online purchases not picked up during pick up times listed will be forfeited and you may lose your right to bid on items in our future sales. You may call us if you have any problems at 828-338-8448
We will use reasonable efforts to carry out online bids and do not accept liability for equipment failure, inability to access the internet or software malfunctions related to the execution of online sale.
By bidding on any item in the sale, the bidder permits Sterling Transitions Inc to add them to their email mailing list. Bidder may freely opt out of mailings at any time by following the instructions in any mailing.
The auctioneer has the right at his or her absolute and sole discretion to refuse any bid, to withdraw any property before and during the sale, as well as reserve the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots, or to subdivide into two or more selling lots. Sterling Transitions Inc. shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
