The sale will start Wednesday May 13, 2020 6:00pm Eastern Standard and end May 21, 2020 6:00pm Eastern Standard.

    No in person inspection available - please email with questions about items.

    Many of the items are in large groups, you must click the item and read the description below as many lots are grouped together 

    Pick up will take place May 22nd & 23 between 10am and 3pm. Please note your lot numbers as they will let you know your date and time frame to pick up time below.  If you buy more than one lot we will let you pick up those lots at the same time.

    Customers picking up large items such as furniture may enter the home swiftly to retrieve that item/s, all persons including your helper must wear a mask and gloves, we will only allow two-three people in the home to retrieve large pieces of furniture, we do not have any help to move any furniture for you.   

    No items in this sale is available for shipping, All items must be picked up.

    We may have items outside which is not online available for purchase (cash only)

    You must print and bring your receipt to pick up your items.

    Please bring your own packing material/box - we will have some bags.

    Please make sure you pick your items up at the designated time.

    We will not negotiate after you have a purchased an item online.
