Auction Terms & Conditions
The majority of lots will start at $5. Each lot will close every minute unless a new bid is placed.
Payment must be made using a Credit Card, Debit, Wire Transfer on all sales over $500.
Payment must be processed by the payment deadline noted in our Terms & Conditions.
Three additional charges will appear on your invoice. A18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the winning bid for auctions and a 3% Credit Card fee and Local sales tax 8% will also be added.
Customers MUST pay for the online estate property before picking up. All Sales over $500 must be paid via wire transfer. All bidders with sales greater than $500 will be provided with transfer details. The sale will begin to close on Tuesday March 17th at 7:00 PM. All winning bidders will receive detailed location information.
Customers who have not paid within 48 hours after the auction has ended will not have any claim to the property and the property may be resold or donated. Property that has been paid for but is not picked up by the end of the pick-up period (72 hours) will be considered abandoned and subject to no refund.
Shipping is available and the following charges will apply. A $20.00 Convenience fee will be applied on top of shipping charges. Art can be shipped via a local carrier (UPS) but must be arranged directly with the vendor (Note if you are the winning bidder, you will be required to provide a street address, phone number and email address for the shipper. Shipping will be completed within 5 business days after the sale.
Customers MUST pay for the online estate property before pickup or shipment is made. Location details will be communicated to all successful bidders.
