Pick Up Schedule Is:
**Pick Up is Scheduled for Thursday, July 11th from 9:30am till 5:30pm ~ I will have some time slots available on Friday, July 12th from 9:00am till 2:00pm. *Porch pick up for small items will be available with Pre-paid Invoice.
Upon winning, please schedule your appointment time ASAP. Appointment link will be attached your Invoice immediately after the sale ends. A text message will be sent in addition to an email.
- ** Porch Pick up is available for smaller items after hours with prepayment and prior arrangements.
- By Bidding, you are committing to follow through on scheduling an appointment, payment and picking up your winning items. You MUST follow through with scheduling your appointment and/or make contact with EMG within 24 hours after the sale. If you fail to do so, it will result in your Invoice being cancelled & your item(s) will be sold to next highest bidder & you will also forfeit your right to bid & purchase from us in the future. Your account will be suspended, blocked and/or reported.
- Applicable Sale Tax will be charged & a 6% Buyers fee will be added to Your Invoice
- Text Messaging: Winning Bidders agree that upon winning and receiving an Invoice, you agree to accept text messages from Everything Must Go Estates Sales in reference to your Invoice, Payment, Appointments and Future Sales. At any time, you may opt out of receiving future text messages.
- Everything Must Go Estate Sales reserves the right to refuse service to anyone failing to commit & communicate respectfully. We appreciate your time, please appreciate ours. Anyone who disrespects the Terms and Conditions of the sale, will forfeit the right to bid & purchase from us in the future and your account will be suspended, blocked and/or reported. This includes, but not limited to, the commitment you make to appropriately schedule an appointment in a timely manner. We do not have time to "Chase" customers to make an appointment.
