All items are sold "As Is". There are no written or implied guarantees. All our items are sold "Where Is". The successful bidder is responsible for removing the items purchased by them from the sale premises. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the sale condition of each item they purchase. If you have any questions about items, please ask them BEFORE placing a bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The successful bidder is responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction (please see pick up schedule above). All items need to be removed from the home carefully and loaded by the successful bidder (we do not provide loading help).
A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and the terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract, Non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auctions at the discretion of the auctioneer. Please make sure your contact information is correct on the bidder sign up page.
Payment is due upon completion for the auction. If you are the successful bidder and you haven't paid within 24 hours of the auction ending, we will charge the card on file for your item(s).
Items must be picked up during the stated dates & times listed for this sale. The new owners will be taking possession of this home so we don't have any wiggle room for late pick ups! Please keep this in mind when bidding. If you cant pick up during our required times we cannot hold your item for you and you will forfeit the sale no refunds given.
