**1. Payment**
* All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
* Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
* We accept **Cash, Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Zelle/Venmo**.
* For card payments, a valid government-issued photo ID may be required.
**2. Buyer’s Premium**
* A **3% Buyer’s Premium** will be added to the winning bid or purchase price of each item. This means the final price you pay is the hammer price plus the premium.
**3. Item Condition & Description**
* All items are sold **“AS IS, WHERE IS”** with all faults.
* All sales are final. There are no warranties or guarantees, express or implied.
* Descriptions are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items thoroughly before purchasing.
* Photographs are part of the description but may not show every flaw. Color may vary slightly from screen to screen.
**4. Removal & Pickup**
* All items must be removed during the scheduled sale dates and times.

* Purchased items not picked up by the designated time will be considered abandoned, and payment will NOT be refunded.
**5. Liability**
* The sellers and organizers assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur to persons or property on the premises during the sale or item removal.
* Buyers and their helpers enter the property at their own risk.
**6. Conduct**
* A numbered ticket or queuing system may be used for entry to ensure a fair and orderly process. Please follow instructions from staff.
* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
**7. Online-Only Sale Specifics (If applicable)**
* Winning bidders will receive an invoice and must arrange pickup during the scheduled times.
* Items will be held only after payment is received in full.
* Please bring a copy of your invoice (digital or printed) for pickup.
