12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Central Time)
All purchases must be picked up during this designated pickup window. Please make arrangements in advance to ensure you can collect your items on time.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All merchandise is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges, except as required by applicable law.
ITEM DESCRIPTIONS & CONDITION
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of our merchandise. Many items are vintage, collectible, or previously owned and may show signs of age, handling, or use.
Please carefully review all available photographs, descriptions, measurements, and condition details before purchasing. We encourage buyers to ask questions before completing a purchase.
PAYMENT
Payment must be completed in accordance with the checkout requirements provided through EstateSales.org.

ITEM PICKUP & REMOVAL
Buyers are responsible for collecting, packing, and transporting their purchases during the scheduled pickup window.
Please bring any necessary boxes, packing materials, tools, assistance, and an appropriately sized vehicle. Loading assistance may not be available.
MISSED PICKUPS
All items must be collected during the designated pickup period. If an unexpected issue arises, please contact Ready4Resale before the pickup window closes. Items have to be paid prior to closing time.
We understand that schedules can be busy, unexpected situations arise, and our designated pickup window may not work for everyone. We believe flexibility and communication go a long way. If you anticipate any difficulty making the scheduled pickup time, simply reach out to us before or on the day of the sale's closing. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your schedule and arrange an alternative pickup time 24-48 hrs outside of the pickup window. Remember you have to pay regardless of arrangements on or before the auction pickup window closes!
Please don't let the scheduled pickup window discourage you from bidding! We value our customers and want everyone to have the opportunity to purchase the items they love. As long as you communicate with us, we'll do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
