All items being liquidated are being sold without warranty or guarantee, either written or expressed Items are being sold as is/where is. We are not responsible for accidents. Buyers of larger items will be required to bring their own manpower for loading, maneuvering, and transporting. We accept payment forms of cash, and credit/debit cards with proper matching ID.
All purchases must be removed from the sale location upon purchase. Arrangements can be made to pick up items in some instances. TJ's Estate Sales, LLC does not provide loading or lifting assistance.

ONLINE SALES
All items won by bidders will be required to be picked up on the prescribed date and time at the assigned location. Winning bidders will be notified through email of pick up date, time, and location. Winning bidders will be required to sign up for their own pick up date and time. There is no need to choose more than one time period for your pick up of items. This signup will be offered through Signup Genius. Be watching for an email, following this sale, from us. It will come through from this website and should redirect you to the appropriate page for signup.
Winning bidders who fail to retrieve their "won" items WILL NOT BE REFUNDED any of their funds spent to purchase such items, and items can, and will be discarded without notice. Please pay attention to your pickup date and time as it IS something that you, the buyer, are able to choose. No early arrivals allowed. Items will be pulled according to the buyers pick up time and date. IF YOU SHOW UP AHEAD OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, BE PREPARED TO HAVE TO WAIT. JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE EARLY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN OBLIGATION FOR US TO HAVE TO PULL YOUR ORDER AHEAD.
SHIPPING OF ITEMS
All items being shipped will be shipped via UPS (whenever possible), and with insurance at an additional charge to the buyer. While we may make every attempt to ensure that items are appropriately packed for shipping, we will no, and cannot guarantee that the items shipped will be received by the buyer to be intact. Any items that are received by the buyer that are broken, or damaged in any way that differs from what the photos might show, or from the description of item being sold when listed the damage issues will need to be taken up with the carrier BY THE BUYER. Buyers will be in receipt of their tracking number(s) at the time that the shipping label is generated.
Storage of items (Effective 02/2023): Buyers who fail to pick their purchases up from any sale will be charged a $15.00 storage Fee (per invoice). We will attempt to get your items to you - whether through shipping or delivery. If Delivery is necessitated, a delivery fee will be assessed and added to the invoice. Invoice must be paid before delivery is ensued.
