ALL ITEMS are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without guarantee of any kind with regard to condition, merchantability nor fitness for any particular purpose. PLEASE be sure you want the item(s) you bid on BEFORE bidding.
BUYER should pick up the item(s) purchased IN PERSON and be able to present a government issued photo I.D. for ANY age restricted item(s) or other legal requirements. PLEASE bring along your photo I.D. regardless of possible restrictions so we can be sure YOU get the item(s) you purchased!
Some smaller/lighter items MAY be available to ship. Check each and every item BEFORE BIDDING ON IT to be sure we offer shipping for that particular item if you require shipping, See shipping details below. If you purchase item(s) for which we do not specifically offer shipping and you do not pick up the item(s) in person, your item(s) will be forfeited and disposed of or donated. NO REFUNDS will be given.
If anyone other than the BUYER will be picking up the item(s) purchased, it is the responsibility of the BUYER to notify Journey Sales via email correspondence to "AuctionsByJourney@yahoo.com" OR via the messaging system made available by EstateSales.org at least 24 hours before the designated pick up time AND provide Journey Sales with the name(s) and clear description(s) of the designated third party pick up person(s). Such third party person(s) MUST BE AT LEAST 18 years of age and present to Journey Sales a government issued photo I.D. to pick up your item(s). Third party pickup in NOT available for age restricted item(s) nor any item(s) that are in any way restricted by law. BUYER is solely responsible for timely pick up of items at the scheduled time, date and address indicated. You will be notified of the address for pick on your paid invoice after the sale ends.
We CANNOT store your items nor help you load them nor move them. BEFORE you bid on any item(s), be sure you can pick up the item(s) you purchase on/at the designated time, date, and place, AND can bring adequate help with you if necessary for items you are unable to move/load/carry by yourself.
The pick up date/time/location is NOT VARIABLE unless unexpected conditions and/or circumstances occur. In such an event, a blanket coverage "rain-date" pickup time/date/location FOR ALL BUYERS will be initiated and ALL BUYERS will be notified at the earliest possible time.
SHIPPING: Shipping can be extremely expensive in our current economy!! If item(s) is/are shippable, shipping, packaging and handling charges will be determined on an item by item basis. You may choose to provide your own shipping methods at your option, you do not have to use Journey Sales shipping options. Our minimum handling charge is $8.00 which is in addition to the packaging and shipping costs, but may increase dependent on size/weight/shape and number of packages shipped. Our handling charge is the greater of $8.00 OR 10% of the total of the shipping and packaging charges. NO RETURNS will be accepted and NO REFUNDS given on ANY shipped/shippable item(s). Shipping, packaging and handling charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances! Be sure item(s) is/are what you want BEFORE you bid! AFTER we receive your "shipping requested" notice at merchandise invoice payment, YOUR SHIPPING QUOTE will be appended to your PAID INVOICE for purchased items as quickly as we can get that information. NOTE: We will NOT create a shipping quote until your merchandise invoice is paid in full. When the shipping, packaging and handling charges are appended to your previously paid invoice, the system will regenerate your invoice and a new BALANCE DUE will appear. Items will be shipped within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, (excluding holidays) AFTER the shipping, packaging and handling charges are paid in full. For any items for which shipping, packaging and handling charges are NOT PAID within 10 (ten) calendar days (excluding holidays) after the date the shipping quote is added to buyers invoice, the item(s) will be forfeited and disposed of or donated. NO REFUNDS will be given for items for which the buyer does not pay the shipping, packaging and handling charges!
Items that have not been picked up at the designated time, date and place will be disposed of OR donated unless some other mutually agreed arrangement is made PRIOR TO the scheduled SALE ENDING TIME AND DATE. NO REFUNDS will be made for purchased items not picked up by/for buyer at the designated time/date/place.
