IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Auction Details:
The auction opens Monday, April 27th and begins closing Thursday, May 7th, 2026. This is a soft close auction, meaning if a bid is placed in the final moments, bidding will extend.
Some higher-value items may have reserve prices and will not sell below those amounts.
Condition of Items:
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos and descriptions prior to bidding. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at archeologyestates@gmail.com.
No Returns or Refunds:
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including condition, description discrepancies, or buyer’s remorse.
Payment:
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Cards on file will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. A $1 pre-authorization will be placed on each bidder's payment method on their first bid or purchase in this sale to verify the card is valid. The hold is released immediately and only occurs once per sale. If your card is declined, you must contact us immediately to resolve payment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your invoice and forfeiture of items.
Buyer’s Premium and Tax:
A buyer’s premium of 7% will be added to all purchases.
We will collect sales tax of 8.6% unless you add your seller's permit info to your account through Estatesales.org. We CANNOT adjust your invoice after the fact if you do not have that info entered.
Pickup
Pickup is Saturday, May 9th, and Sunday, May 10th, in Laveen, AZ (the crossroads are Baseline and 67th Ave).
The exact address and pickup instructions will be sent to winning bidders on their invoice.
All items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup times.
If you are unable to pickup during this window, please contact us in advance to make alternate arrangements. Limited extensions of up to 10 days may be granted at our discretion.
Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, and assistance for large or heavy items.
All items are located in a residential home. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors.
Shipping:
Shipping is available on select small items only.
Shipping costs, materials, insurance, and handling are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you require shipping, you must contact us prior to the end of the auction.
Please allow additional time for packing and processing.
Unpaid or Unclaimed Items:
Any unpaid invoices or items not picked up during the scheduled times without prior communication will be forfeited.
Items may be resold or donated at our discretion.
Liability:
Enter property at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage.
Agreement:
By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in full. Questions should be submitted prior to the end of the auction.
