PAYMENT: We require you have a verified form of electronic payment on file with EstateSales.Org in order to bid.
Payment will be charged to winning bidder immediately upon auction ending. We accept credit and debit cards and Paypal. Sorry no checks, cashier's checks or money orders.
SHIPPING: & HANDLING: Small items CAN be shipped to purchasers IF buyer pays shipping and handling cost quoted after auction ends. If you would like a quote on shipping cost before bidding please allow at least 24 hours prior to bid closing time to request a quote. We make attempts to keep your shipping costs down by combining shipments on multiple items won. It may take us 1-2 days to add shipping cost on invoice and do most of our shipping on Fridays. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all auctions.
PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS: Pick up dates are Thursday through Saturday, December 1, 2 and 3, between the hours of 10am and 6pm. Appointments are recommended but not necessary.
DEADLINE FOR PICK-UP: THERE IS NO GRACE PERIOD TO PICKUP, YOU MUST PICKUP BY DEADLINE ON AUCTION DETAIL. If you do not pick up your item during the stated pick-up window your item will be considered abandoned. Payment will not be refunded.
SALES TAX: We will collect sales tax of 9.50% unless you add your seller's permit info to your account through Estatesales.org. We CAN NOT adjust your invoice after the fact if you do not have that info entered.
RETURNS: No returns or exchanges unless item was determined to be mis-described.
