PAYMENT INFO: Jennerbug Finds accepts PayPal (or credit cards thru PayPal) You will receive an EMAIL with an attached invoice from Jennerbug Finds, LLC AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, not after the item was sold. This email will include instructions for payment, pick up, and shipping (if available). A link will be provided to make your payment via credit card, or you can pay cash at pickup. All purchases have a 15% buyer’s premium added to the final bid price. This fee is charged by auctioneers to help offset the costs of holding the auction. No sales tax is collected.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMERS BY LAW DURING PICKUPS. NO MASK. NO ENTRY. YOU MUST WEAR A MASK/FACE COVERING THE ENTIRE TIME, INCLUDING OUTSIDE.
FAQ
- Lots close every minute beginning with the first lot. Individual closings are extended 5 minutes when a new bid comes in within 5 minutes of lot closing.
- You will be automatically emailed if you are outbid and are encouraged to enter a max bid. PLEASE NOTE: the system will bid for you as high as necessary. So if you bid $100 and it only takes $15 to win it, the system will bid $15 for you.
- PICK UPS DATES/TIMES ARE FIRM, PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP ON THESE DATES.
- ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS AND WHERE IS. No warranties implied or expressed, no refunds or exchanges. Neither the auctioneer nor any consignor or staff member makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be deemed to have made any representation or statement at the sale or elsewhere to mean otherwise.
- PLEASE BRING HELP FOR MOVING HEAVY ITEMS AS WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ASSIST YOU. Please bring containers, boxes, bags, and wrap to hold your items. We are not responsible for damage during pickup and moving. We reserve the right to refuse a pickup if there is not proper help to remove the item safely and without risk to any person or property.
- Due diligence to verify the condition and description of a lot is the sole responsibility of the Bidder prior to placing any bid. Please review all photos and descriptions.
- PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Placing a bid is a legally binding obligation.
- Any lots not picked up or paid by the end of the pickup time will be forfeited, and you may lose your right to bid on items in our future sales.
- Estatesales.org manages the auction for us and will use reasonable efforts to process and acknowledge online bids. Jennerbug Finds, LLC does not accept liability for equipment failure, inability to access the internet, or software malfunctions related to the execution of online sale.
- By bidding on any item in the sale, the bidder permits Jennerbug Finds, LLC to add them to their email mailing list. Bidder may freely opt out of mailings at any time by following the instructions in any mailing.
- The auctioneer has the right at his or her absolute and sole discretion to refuse any bid, to withdraw any property before and during the sale, as well as reserve the right to group one or more lots into one or more selling lots, or to subdivide into two or more selling lots.
