PAYMENTS: Payment will be required electronically, with no exceptions and you will be required to have a form of payment online with Estatesales.org, but you can make payment with any of the following after you win: PayPal, Square, Venmo, Stripe, or Zelle – no cash or checks. If you need us to take your credit card info over the phone, we will help you with that. NOTE:If you do not indicate that you want to use an alternate payment source we will charge payment method on file.
SHIPPING: Small items will be shipped to purchasers unless you choose pick-up, if offered. We make attempts to keep your shipping costs down by combining shipments on multiple items won. If item is marked local pick up only and you want it shipped at your expense please contact us.
PICK-UP APPOINTMENTS: Local Pick-up can be scheduled here: https://square.site/book/M557JP04YXDR1/yellow-dog-estate-sales-llc-brea-ca Please note: if you are picking up something heavy or awkward you may be asked to follow us to a nearby house instead of meeting at warehouse in Brea, CA. Please make note of deadline for pick-up below.
DEADLINE FOR PICK-UP: We don't mind holding over small items until you finish bidding on another auction ending in the same week, but we do require that you pick-up or have mailed your purchases within 3 weeks of auction ending. Items not picked up within 3 weeks of auction ending will be returned to available. merchandise and your payment will be forfeited.
SALES TAX: We will collect sales tax of 7.75% unless you send proof of your seller's permit and a signed statement of intention to resell. We must received signed statement with copy of license within 24 hours of sale end.
RETURNS: Typically we will not allow returns or exchanges, but if you can provide evidence that the item was not as advertised we will be willing to exchange for store credit if the item is returned (at buyer’s expense) in the condition it was in when it left our possession.
