Quick Facts
• Shipping: We combine all items into one package whenever possible to save you money, and we do not add any handling fees to your shipping orders. On average, shipping costs are approximately $10 for small items, $20 for medium items, and $30 for larger items.
Shipping costs depend on the destination, size, and weight of the package. We always use the most affordable shipping option available, usually UPS Ground Saver, USPS Advantage Ground, or UPS Ground Saver.
We charge the card on file for the shipping cost, or we can send you a shipping payment request through Authorize.net if needed.

Important: Shipping Policy & Requirements (must be completed to receive shipment)
1. After the auction closes, email at sheriluxi@gmail.com with your full name and full mailing address.
2. Your card will be charged automatically at the end of the auction for your invoice. Once payment clears, we will process your package and email tracking. Tracking emails generally go out when labels are printed (usually ~5 business days after auction close).
3. Email sheriluxi@gmail.com with the email address you would like shipping/tracking info sent to.
4. Tracking emails will be sent approximately 5 business days after the close of the auction and may be routed to your spam folder — please check spam/junk if you don’t see it.
5. Winning bidders: Please verify your shipping address by emailing sheriluxi@gmail.com — doing so will expedite your shipping. Failure to verify your shipping address with us will delay your shipment.
6. Shipping timeline: Once payment for the invoice has been received by our bank (typically 2–3 business days), your package will be dispatched and tracking information forwarded to the email address on file.
7. Invoice totals of $250 or more require a valid photo ID that matches the invoice address, please emailed to sheriluxi@gmail.com before shipping.
8. If no payment is received and the shipping address is not confirmed within 7 days of auction close, items may be forfeited.
9. Processing time: Please allow 3–5 business days for shipping after payment clears (bank processing can take 2–3 business days). We’ll forward tracking to the email on file when the label is printed. If you are a first-time winner, please email sheriluxi@gmail.com to confirm shipping details.
Please note: All items will be shipped to the shipping address on your invoice — no exceptions. You will receive a text reminder to confirm the shipping address listed on your invoice; failure to verify will delay shipment.
10. All items are shipped using the buyer’s address exactly as provided on the invoice. We are not responsible for validating or correcting buyer address information. If the shipping address is incorrect or needs to be updated, the buyer must notify us within 24 hours of invoice issuance. After this period, the address on file will be used by default.
Once an item has been packaged and dropped off with the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and any claims must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Insurance is not included by default. It is the buyer’s responsibility to request and pay for shipping insurance prior to shipment if coverage is desired. We are not liable for loss or damage on uninsured shipments.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. While we are not responsible for shipping fees, we use professional shipping software that provides discounted carrier rates, which may be lower than standard retail pricing.
By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these shipping terms.

Condition, Returns & Disclaimers (Please Read Carefully)
ALL AUCTION ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS.” Please ask any questions prior to bidding — all items are sold as-is and are not returnable or refundable.
ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS. While we will do our best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, the absence of these descriptions or condition notes does not imply that a lot is in perfect condition. Most of our items are antique, vintage, or pre-owned. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age, including possible repairs, damage, or alterations. The final judgment as to condition and value is ultimately up to the BIDDER.
We will always share our best opinion about items, but please do your own research as well. Questions are ALWAYS encouraged before bidding. Photos are an integral part of the description — examine them carefully.
Every item is uncertified unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an item is described as silver or gold, it has been tested or marked as noted; however, we cannot guarantee stone origin (lab-created, enhanced, etc.).

Liability & Shipping Loss
• After items leave our possession, the buyer assumes responsibility. We will provide tracking numbers; any loss or damage after shipment must be handled with the carrier.
• We recycle packing materials and boxes to help keep costs down.

Payment, Tax & ID Requirements
• Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium of 18% will be added to the final price and charged to the credit/debit card on file at auction close. Please consider this additional cost before bidding.
• Invoices of $250 or more require a valid photo ID that matches the invoice address, please emailed to sheriluxi@gmail.com before shipping.
• Tax-exempt bidders: Tax exemption must be set up through the Auction Ninja website prior to bidding.
