We follow all COVID 19 mandates. A limited number of people are allowed in the house at one time and masks must be worn for pickup. Absolutely no children. Those that are successful bidders in the auction will be allowed to shop the rest of the house when they pick up. You are responsible for moving ANY furniture or items you purchase. We will not be packing, loading or hauling for you.      

    A&O Estate Sales is not responsible for your bidding results, so only bid what you can afford to pay. At this point, we do not require people to have a credit card number on file; however, we expect you to honor all winning bids. Those that do not live up to their obligations are blocked from our auctions with no second chances. "Changing your mind" or "your pick up times are not convenient" is not a valid reason for reneging on your obligation. Pickup times are clearly posted - they are under TERMS AND CONDITIONS. We share the names of ALL non-paying bidders with other local estate sale companies. You MUST follow the bidding guidelines for this site.
