      • A sales tax of 5.5% will apply unless you "toggle" tax exempt on your registration. Please bring proof of tax exemption at pick up 
      • Buyers Premium is 12% and will be added to all auction items 

      • There will be two pick up locations for items sold:Madison on the East Side ( address out March 1st ) we also will have an alternative pick up location in Westfield, WI. address TBA
      • Shipping is available on select items. Buyer pays for the pack and ship. Experienced  house shipping is provided. USPS Ground or UPS is used to ship items.                    You willbe charged seperate for the pack and ship. email will be sent first to notify you of the cost. 

      • All Sales are Final. There are several photos in the gallery for you to view. 
        • Questions about items in the sale are always welcome, best to text 608-220-4957.  

      Please bring adequate help to move large furniture/items. For insurance reasons our staff is not able to assist with moving. We do recommend a mover if requested. 

      Suggested to bring proper pack for the artwork, cardboard or moving pads for the art .
