    Sales Tax:

    All sales are subject to Maryland Sales and Use Tax. Tax Exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the auction. Upon acceptance and validation, your purchase will not be taxed.

    Pick Up:

    You must pick up your items at the day and time listed for each sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Most of our sales are under a strict timeline to have items removed promptly. Please bring your invoice with you to help us speed up the process in locating your items. If item is not picked up and we have to store a piece, you will be charges a $75 storage fee and it will be added to your invoice and your credit card on file will be charged.  

    Buyers herby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and Sellers from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from, and injuries to persons or death or property caused during the removal of items purchased. The buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchased. you must bring help to lift, pack, and remove items from the sale. Including tools to disconnect or dismantle. Please remember to bring packing supplies, boxes, dollies etc. Needed for removal. Our staff will not be able to assist in the removal process.

    Shipping:

    Caronna Collections, LLC will provide shipping services on items listed as "shipping available". If you win the auction prior to shipping quote, you will be responsible in paying for the shipping on the winning items. Please be sure your shipping address is listed and up to date. We will be using a local shipping company to ship your items. It is your responsibility to update your shipping address on file as well as your phone number if the shipping company needs to contact you for any reason. Your item(s) will be charged to the credit card on file and will then be picked up by the shipping company and they will contact you for payment on the shipping charges.

    Failure to Pick Up:

    In the event you do not pick up your purchase during the designated time. You agree that failure to receive any item in the event of abandonment DOES NOT relieve your responsibility to pay for the item or any other associated fees. You hereby authorize Caronna Collections, LLC to charge your credit card for the purchase amount plus any taxes or fees and will not refund payment for the items. Caronna Collections, LLC may in its absolute and sole discretion, resell, dispose of or donate the items to a charity of Caronna Collections, LLC choice.

    Payment:

    We accept Visa/Master card/American Express/Discover. With a 3% processing fee. At the end of the on-line auction, you will receive an invoice immediately following the sale. You will have 24 hours to contact us by phone or email if you plan to change your payment method. If no contact has been made within this period, we will charge the credit card on file.

    Bidding:

    All Bids must be place by the established increments listed for the sale and represent irrevocable offers to purchase that may not be withdrawn prior to close of auction .Items begin to close at the time scheduled. Online sales are subject to a "soft close", if an item receives a bid within the last minute scheduled to end, it will stay open until all bids are received.

    Gun Transfer Required Paperwork:

    All Guns will be processed thru FFL Dealer Black Anchor Armory in Denton, MD.

    This process is handled thru a Licensed FFL Dealer Black Anchor Armory in Denton, Maryland Transferring a Maryland legal gun to Black Anchor Armory in Denton, Maryland is a simple, straight forward process. They charge $40 each non-Maryland regulated firearms and $40 (plus a $10 Maryland State Police fee) for Maryland regulated firearms (all handguns) from other gun shops, businesses and transfers from individuals holding a valid FFL.

    Please review the follow terms carefully as it could impact your transfer request:

    They will transfer all Maryland legal new and used firearms regardless if we stock it or not. All firearms must be Maryland compliant. Maryland compliant handguns must be listed on the Maryland Handgun Roster (or be manufactured prior to 1985). Maryland State Police has a new online firearms search feature which lets you review if a particular firearm is Maryland compliant. If the firearm is new, and if manufactured after 2002 it must be equipped with a Maryland approved “Integrated Mechanical Safety Device”. Current Maryland gun laws can be reviewed here (note, this is a Wikipedia page so if in any doubt please contact Maryland State Police). If you do not know if a gun is Maryland legal, we highly recommend you contact Maryland State Police.

    FFL Transfer Request Process:

    Upon your request, we will review the transfer information and upon our approval by us we will send the FFL holder a copy of our FFL license. Please e-mail us your FFL Transfer Request (our FFL e-mail: ffl@blackanchorarmory.com) and include the following information:

    Dealer / Individual name that firearm was purchased from
    Dealer / Individual phone number
    Dealer / Individual e-mail address
    Manufacturer / Model of firearm purchased (this will be reviewed by us for approval)
    Invoice Number (If applicable)
    Your Name
    Your Phone Number

    After we accept your FFL request and we e-mail the seller a copy of our FFL license, they will ship the gun to us for you to pick up. It is your responsibility to make sure the seller ships out your gun in a timely fashion once they have our FFL license. Be sure to have them include two (2) things with the gun:

    A copy of their FFL or a copy of their driver's license if not a dealer.
    Your name and phone number

    Firearm Pickup Process:

    After your gun has been received and processed into our system, we will call you to let you know that the gun is ready for paperwork (Maryland regulated firearm – hand gun) or paperwork and pick up (long guns).

    For long gun transfers, you will need a valid Maryland photo ID (driver's license) and will need to fill out a Federal Form 4473 for the background check. Once your background check is approved, you can pay the transfer fee and take your gun.

    For Maryland regulated transfers (handguns) you will need a valid Maryland photo ID (driver's license), a Maryland HQL license, will need to fill out a Federal Form 4473 and Maryland regulated firearm paperwork. Once all your federal and state background checks are approved, we will contact you to come back into our store and pay your transfer fee and take your gun.


    TRANSFERS WILL BE HELD FOR 45 DAYS UNLESS A LONGER TIME IS APPROVED BY BLACK ANCHOR ARMORY. ANY GUN LEFT AFTER 45 DAYS WITHOUT CONTACT BY YOU (THE BUYER) WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF BLACK ANCHOR ARMORY.

    Outbound Transfers:
    If you would like to transfer a Maryland legal gun through our shop to another FFL holder, we charge $40 per gun, plus shipping and packing materials costs.

A Buyer's Premium of 15% plus 6% sales tax will be added to your invoice at the close of the auction. Items must be picked up at the location and times listed below

Registration:

Bidders must pre-register with valid credit card payment information stored in your profile. By providing your credit card information to Caronna Collections, LLC you irrevocably authorize us to charge your credit card for the listing total purchase price of any winning bids with the buyer's premium associated with the sale, including applicable state taxes. You also agree that you will maintain valid credit card information within your bidding account. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number(s) and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to ensure good communication between Caronna Collections, LLC and the bidder throughout any transactions. By accepting our terms, you agree to receive email notifications from us for future on-line auctions. Customers who do not want to be notified may unsubscribe located at the bottom of the email notification.

Sales Tax:

All sales are subject to Maryland Sales and Use Tax. Tax Exempt buyers must provide the appropriate state sales tax exemption certificate prior to the end of the auction. Upon acceptance and validation, your purchase will not be taxed.

Pick Up:

You must pick up your items at the day and time listed for each sale. NO EXCEPTIONS. Most of our sales are under a strict timeline to have items removed promptly. Please bring your invoice with you to help us speed up the process in locating your items. If item is not picked up and we have to store a piece, you will be charges a $75 storage fee and it will be added to your invoice and your credit card on file will be charged.  

Buyers herby indemnify and hold harmless the Auctioneers and Sellers from any and all damages, claims, or liabilities from, and injuries to persons or death or property caused during the removal of items purchased. The buyer is solely responsible for any damage to the real property caused by or during the removal of items purchased. you must bring help to lift, pack, and remove items from the sale. Including tools to disconnect or dismantle. Please remember to bring packing supplies, boxes, dollies etc. Needed for removal. Our staff will not be able to assist in the removal process.

Shipping:

Caronna Collections, LLC will provide shipping services on items listed as "shipping available". If you win the auction prior to shipping quote, you will be responsible in paying for the shipping on the winning items. Please be sure your shipping address is listed and up to date. We will be using a local shipping company to ship your items. It is your responsibility to update your shipping address on file as well as your phone number if the shipping company needs to contact you for any reason. Your item(s) will be charged to the credit card on file and will then be picked up by the shipping company and they will contact you for payment on the shipping charges.

Failure to Pick Up:

In the event you do not pick up your purchase during the designated time. You agree that failure to receive any item in the event of abandonment DOES NOT relieve your responsibility to pay for the item or any other associated fees. You hereby authorize Caronna Collections, LLC to charge your credit card for the purchase amount plus any taxes or fees and will not refund payment for the items. Caronna Collections, LLC may in its absolute and sole discretion, resell, dispose of or donate the items to a charity of Caronna Collections, LLC choice.

Payment:

We accept Visa/Master card/American Express/Discover. With a 3% processing fee. At the end of the on-line auction, you will receive an invoice immediately following the sale. You will have 24 hours to contact us by phone or email if you plan to change your payment method. If no contact has been made within this period, we will charge the credit card on file.

Bidding:

All Bids must be place by the established increments listed for the sale and represent irrevocable offers to purchase that may not be withdrawn prior to close of auction .Items begin to close at the time scheduled. Online sales are subject to a "soft close", if an item receives a bid within the last minute scheduled to end, it will stay open until all bids are received.

Gun Transfer Required Paperwork:

All Guns will be processed thru FFL Dealer Black Anchor Armory in Denton, MD.

This process is handled thru a Licensed FFL Dealer Black Anchor Armory in Denton, Maryland Transferring a Maryland legal gun to Black Anchor Armory in Denton, Maryland is a simple, straight forward process. They charge $40 each non-Maryland regulated firearms and $40 (plus a $10 Maryland State Police fee) for Maryland regulated firearms (all handguns) from other gun shops, businesses and transfers from individuals holding a valid FFL.

Please review the follow terms carefully as it could impact your transfer request:

They will transfer all Maryland legal new and used firearms regardless if we stock it or not. All firearms must be Maryland compliant. Maryland compliant handguns must be listed on the Maryland Handgun Roster (or be manufactured prior to 1985). Maryland State Police has a new online firearms search feature which lets you review if a particular firearm is Maryland compliant. If the firearm is new, and if manufactured after 2002 it must be equipped with a Maryland approved “Integrated Mechanical Safety Device”. Current Maryland gun laws can be reviewed here (note, this is a Wikipedia page so if in any doubt please contact Maryland State Police). If you do not know if a gun is Maryland legal, we highly recommend you contact Maryland State Police.

FFL Transfer Request Process:

Upon your request, we will review the transfer information and upon our approval by us we will send the FFL holder a copy of our FFL license. Please e-mail us your FFL Transfer Request (our FFL e-mail: ffl@blackanchorarmory.com) and include the following information:

Dealer / Individual name that firearm was purchased from
Dealer / Individual phone number
Dealer / Individual e-mail address
Manufacturer / Model of firearm purchased (this will be reviewed by us for approval)
Invoice Number (If applicable)
Your Name
Your Phone Number

After we accept your FFL request and we e-mail the seller a copy of our FFL license, they will ship the gun to us for you to pick up. It is your responsibility to make sure the seller ships out your gun in a timely fashion once they have our FFL license. Be sure to have them include two (2) things with the gun:

A copy of their FFL or a copy of their driver's license if not a dealer.
Your name and phone number

Firearm Pickup Process:

After your gun has been received and processed into our system, we will call you to let you know that the gun is ready for paperwork (Maryland regulated firearm – hand gun) or paperwork and pick up (long guns).

For long gun transfers, you will need a valid Maryland photo ID (driver's license) and will need to fill out a Federal Form 4473 for the background check. Once your background check is approved, you can pay the transfer fee and take your gun.

For Maryland regulated transfers (handguns) you will need a valid Maryland photo ID (driver's license), a Maryland HQL license, will need to fill out a Federal Form 4473 and Maryland regulated firearm paperwork. Once all your federal and state background checks are approved, we will contact you to come back into our store and pay your transfer fee and take your gun.


TRANSFERS WILL BE HELD FOR 45 DAYS UNLESS A LONGER TIME IS APPROVED BY BLACK ANCHOR ARMORY. ANY GUN LEFT AFTER 45 DAYS WITHOUT CONTACT BY YOU (THE BUYER) WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF BLACK ANCHOR ARMORY.

Outbound Transfers:
If you would like to transfer a Maryland legal gun through our shop to another FFL holder, we charge $40 per gun, plus shipping and packing materials costs.

All items may be previewed at the date /time listed for each auction. Please check website, some auctions are NO PREVIEW depending on circumstances. We encourage you to inspect all property in person and make your own determinations of condition, authenticity and other aspects of the property are of concern and important prior to bidding. Caronna Collections, LLC has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction, to provide the accurate descriptions of all items. to accurately represent items for sale. Our description is still only an opinion. Items believed to be in good condition unless otherwise stated above. The absence of a condition description does not imply the lot / item is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.  Caronna Collections, LLC will not be responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage for the items after they are sold.  You bear all risk of loss on all items sold through final delivery.  You, for yourself, expressly hereby forever release and discharge Caronna Collections, LLC, its members, licensees, employees, agents, successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) against from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, and from all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Released Parties whatso ever, direct or indirect, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, which the bidder now has or which may arise in the future on the account of or in any way growing out of or connected with any defects, latent or otherwise, or the physical condition of any of any items or lots purchased or any law or regulation applicable thereto.  Further, you, for yourself, your executors, heirs, successors and assigns, expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, brought by on or behalf of any person and arising from or related in any way to any and all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Released Parties.  Further, you, for yourself, your executors, heirs, successors and assigns, expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, brought against the Released Parties and resulting, in whole or in part, from your own negligence, passive or active, including any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, arising from or related in any way to any and all acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Released Parties.  Further, you, for yourself, your executors, heirs, successors and assigns, expressly agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, or causes of action, brought against the Released Parties and resulting, in whole or in part, from your breach of this Agreement, or the inaccuracy of any representation or the breach of any warranty made herein.
