Card on file will be charged after auction closes, unless prior arrangement to pay cash at pickup is confirmed via email thru the site.
You must pick up on set date or make prior arrangement for later pickup. If not the card on file will be charged for the item. Bring help to load large items!

1. REGISTRATION
Complete and accurate online registration w credit card through site is required prior to bidding. All bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid. Account owner has sole discretion as to who can and cannot place bids.
2. LOT descriptions
Every item is sold “As Is, Where Isâ€. Lot descriptions are for simple identification purposes only and are believed to be accurate. We do our best to describe each item accurately, but it is up to the bidder to satisfy themselves as to value, condition, and size. Do not rely solely on photos to make buying decisions.
If description does not match the picture in a lot, contact account owner prior to bidding/purchasing. No representations are made to the authenticity, age, origin, or value and the account owner makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All measurements, weights & sizes are approximate. All obvious damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Common nicks, scratches, and wear may not have been called out.
Any display props or mannequins used to display items are not part of the lot unless specifically stated and remain the property of account owner.
Account owner assumes no liability for error, omissions, accurate weights or measures, additions and/or deletions in the auction catalog.
3. PREVIEW
Preview of the auction is done by appointment only for larger items & the automobile, and can be done by emailing us thru the site. Preview appointments are generally available Monday thru Friday from 10am-3pm.
4. BIDDING
Buyer relies solely on his/her own judgment when bidding. Please take advantage of the opportunity to preview the pictures& descriptions prior to bidding as all bids made are final and subject to these terms and conditions. If you would like to see additional pictures of any item, please email us thru the site and we will email or text you with more pics.
Everything will be sold to the highest bidders, in accordance with the estate site company’s Bidder Contract, which is available at the site or online. There will be a 6% Buyer's Premium added to the final high bid amount.
Per Missouri state law applicable sales tax will be added to the winning bids. All Bids are in US dollars. Your bid is a contract.
The auction company reserves the right to correct any and all errors that could happen before or during the auction including typographical, clerking errors or any errors caused by loss of an Internet connection or removal of any item up to the time of final sale. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins.
5. WINNING
Emails are sent at the conclusion of the auction to verify and confirm purchases with an invoice. If your account shows you as the winner of an item, and you do not receive an email, check your spam folder. If you do not find it there, please contact us thru the site.
Nothing is to be removed until settled for. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the Buyer at time of purchase, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property.
IF ANY BUYER DOES NOT PICK UP THEIR ITEMS PURCHASED BY ANNOUNCED PICKUP DATE & TIME, BUYER LOSES OWNERSHIP AND SELLERS TAKES BACK OWNERSHIP, WITH NO REFUND, UNLESS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE BETWEEN THE BUYER, AUCTION COMPANY AND SELLER.
6. PICK UP/SHIPPING
Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of account owner..
It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. We do not guarantee items to be in boxes. We are not responsible for loading or securing any items. The buyer must make sure that all items are loaded to their specifications. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises and must sign off on the invoice which will be kept by account owner for proof that you got your items. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. The auction company cannot be responsible for items after they leave the facility.
Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and/or property damage caused by Bidder or his Agent, and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself and/or his Agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises.
WE WILL NOT SHIP LARGER ITEMS SUCH AS FURNITURE, FRAMED ART & ITEMS REQUIRING SPECIAL PACKAGING UNLESS YOU PRE PAY FOR THE SHIPPING.
PLEASE VERIFY BEFORE BIDDING IF ITEM CAN BE SHIPPED AS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON BIDS.
IF YOU REQUIRE SHIPPING, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER AUCTION IS DONE & YOU MUST PRE PAY FOR THE SHIPPING.
Shipping and Packaging charges will consist of actual carrier charge in addition to a $5 per shipped box to cover materials and time. We will generally have a shipping total within 2-3 business days following the auction and will reach out to you with amount due for shipping. NO ITEM SHIPPED UNTIL PRE PAID. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will schedule a date & time to view Jeep in person w all interested bidders. Engine will be started and vehicle will be driven across the road. Due to insurance restrictions, no one will be allowed to take off in the vehicle. Date for in person to be announced***
